Pros:

i loved it! the place is really nice, the rooms are huge, clean and well decorated, every detail is very thought out. the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. i had a problem with wifi and they supported me very carefully. the food was good

Cons:

if I have to say something not so great about this place i I could say the location is not super central but I mean, that is something you already know when you book.. you need a car but that’s pretty common in Windhoek

Pros:

It was perfect, beautiful accommodations, wonderful service and staff. Great food. The owner even offered to drive me to pick up my rental car after my stay, so appreciated. I highly recommend the Olive it was a wonderful experience for my first evening in Namibia.

The stay was good but there is room for overall improvement.
Pros:

Location is good.
Breakfast was good with the other chef, once the chef changed it was not the same.
they can reduce the pieces of Art in the room "less is more""

Cons:

The goodness of the meals was no consistent. Staff were friendly but the owners or Managers were unfriendly. Could not even greet their customers.

Overpriced and money stolen during breakfast.
Pros:

Good location. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Overpriced and we were stolen money in our room during breakfast. The owner then ignored us. Much better off going to the Weinberg Hotel.

The fine decoration of the room, large space
I enjoyed also the restaurant, the food is excellent
My stay has been perfect and all the staff was really nice and helpful

Cons:

The pool was a bit dirty but they cleaned it as soon as I asked it
Explain your client the night procedure when they want to go out (all doors of the common areas were locked but I found out you can go out by another side)

Amazing property, fantastic design. We loved the set-up.

Cons:

It seems it’s over it’s hay day as a lot of maintenance work would be required to get the standard it once had. It’s a great place, but with some maintenance it would be awesome.

Fantastic, comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautiful room.
Pros:

Tastefully decorated, nice ambiance of the suite. The restaurant was unexpectedly good. Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back.

Cons:

Location is a bit secluded (25 min walk) which I guess is a plus to be away from the hubbub of the city center and also makes it safe.
