I stayed at Hotel Neo Cirebon by Aston for a short visit, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the train station, Grage Mall, and several local dining spots — perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

Room & Facilities:
I stayed in a Standard Room since connecting rooms are available only for this category (both rooms must be of the same type).
The room was neat, well-organized, and warmly lit.
There’s a cool bar (not a refrigerator) with a standard temperature of around 8°C — good for drinks and snacks but not suitable for milk or frozen items.
Facilities include a safety box, hair dryer, hotel slippers, and complete bathroom amenities.
Note: the Cleo bottled water in the room is not complimentary, and the receptionist will remind you upon check-in. However, the hotel provides free hot & cold water dispensers in the hallway for guests — a practical and eco-friendly solution. 💧

Breakfast:
Served at Kencana Resto & Café, which offers a comfortable indoor and semi-outdoor area.
The buffet selection is moderate but satisfying — featuring fried rice, noodles, soto soup, omelets, chicken dishes, pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, and tea.
The food tastes good, and the service is friendly and quick. 🍳

Parking & Service:
Parking space is limited, but the complimentary valet service makes up for it — efficient, polite, and convenient. 🚗
Wi-Fi is stable and strong throughout the hotel, and check-in/check-out processes are smooth and fast.

Overall Impression:

i booked for a non-smoking room but there was a hole on the bedsheet when we checked-in. please don't mix the laundry of smoking and non-smoking room's bedsheets.
the phone did not function properly. floor tiles popped out.

Penginapan yg nyaman, tenang, pemandangan laut dan makanan yg enak
Pros:

Dekat dengan pusat wisata kuliner (streetfood - Jl. Moh Toha) & pusat kota jadi mudah kalau mau kemana2 tinggal jalan kaki... tapi agak jauh dari pusat oleh2, kami dapat sea view cukup menenangkan untuk kami yg biasa lihat keramaian. Makan paginya enak dan untuk tambahan per orang nya juga tdk mahal.

Cons:

Lampu kamarnya kurang terang (tidak ada lampu utama), air hangatnya kurang panas (cuma hangat sedikit) jadi untuk keluarga yg bawa bayi / anak kecil yg biasa mandi pake air hangat yang kurang terfasilitasi.
