Pros:

酒店很好，但是酒店前台人员和值班经理，无法沟通。因为时间错误未能及时更改，前去酒店沟通，是否可以更改，如果不能更改请他们开票。很小的事情，沟通的不是很愉快，有点威胁的意思。在他乡只能很小心的沟通最终拿到了发票。

Pros:

Отдыхаем с семьей, с маленькими детьми, снимаем 2 номера. Отель шикарный, завтраки замечательные. Выражаю искреннюю благодарность работникам ресепшена, особенно Молдир, Адеми, Арайлым за внимание, вежливость и оперативность в решении вопросов.
