Great stay, wonderful staff and perfect location
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed the free water stations on every floor. The location was extremely efficient for taking the metro or walking to coffee, mini marts or restaurants.

The rooms were a bit hot in the night time. Cant really switch to air con

Comfortable, equipped, central location.

Cons:

I had to continuously ask for my room to be cleaned and at a time that suited me due to working schedules and privacy. The staff are also quite miserable at times (though a few were really sweet)

Amazing and convenient for tourists
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, stayed for 2 weeks and had no problems at all, perfect location with lots nearby, easy to get to different stations, the underground shopping mall or the Myeongdong night market, there is also a 7eleven right down the road that was incredibly convenient and the room had a mini fridge and a kettle which was perfect for easy night's having noodles or something chilled or to keep drinks in. If (or when) I come back to seoul I would 100% be staying there again.

Cons:

Because of buying a lot at convenience stores and the markets we had a lot of rubbish we sorted bagged up and placed next to the bins but would come back to find the bins empty but the clear overflow not picked up which led to a few days worth of trash bags piled up. Other than that it's been a perfect experience.
