Toilet flash not in good condition.
TV remote control no battery.
No hangers to hang clothes.

Very bad customer services. Requested to clean the room. 3days in a row no one make up the room. Not recommended.

Room door was abit unsecure since I can see the outside coridor from the door slit

Clean basic hotel, with foot massager in each room as a bonus. There are no lifts so be prepared to carry your own luggage up to your room. The toilet is small, but the water pressure was good and instaneously and consistently hot.

The aircond is really bad.. its needs to be serviced.. our family room was steaming hot..bathroom and room was clean.. everything was good.. its good for short stay or of one wishes to transit elsewhere but doesnt suit for long stays as it is noisy and parking is difficult..

Overall quality is ok - considering a budget hotel.

The check-in experience was poor on 31st August 2017. I made a previous call requesting possible early check-in but was rejected. This is understandable since the staff mentioned the hotel was fully booked on the previous day. However, when I turned up at 1430 (normal check-in time 1400), I was told to wait due to the previous customer late check-out and lack of cleaners.

The receptionist was polite and apologetic, still this should be dealt with more effectively by management knowing a fully booked period. There were others who came around the same time as I and were made to wait too.

The room is clean and air conditioning is great. Security at the hotel is good. Wifi is free though a little slow.

Only one parking is permanently reserved by the hotel and so it is on first come first serve basis for customers with cars. However, the street in front of the hotel has plenty of parking spots.

Overall average, considering it a budget hotel.

What's disappointing is that when I turned up (with two young children) at 1430 and was told that the room is not ready. We had to wait till close to 1500 prior to getting the room ready. A few couples came about the same time and were all told to wait.

Though the receptionist was polite and apologetic, this is still unacceptable - the hotel management should either consider increasing man power during peak period or provide a rebate policy for such delay.

The family room is clean and the air conditioning works very well. The foot massager was a bonus however hotel management should come up with a cleaning policy to ensure comfort-ability of users. I'm not a fussy user but I could imagine others who are more particular in hygiene.

The frontdesk design is very appealing but the room wasn't. Security is good with locks on two doors and keyless room entrance.

Front desk receptionist was polite and helpful but cleaners look awkward. They stared at us without greeting or smile on their faces - looked like the scary uncles in the neighbourhood for the little ones.

We arrive at 3 pm and been told that our room is not ready yet!

Card key expired and then difficult to issue a new card key!

The overall feel is not so good for this hotel, hopefully can improve in near future!

The massage equipment is the selling point. Probably the only selling point. The check in process takes about 10minutes. There is no lift to go to 3rd floor which is where my room is. When I climb up the stairs and find out that the room card does not work, it is the most suffering period because I will need to go down the stairs and reach the receptionist for help. The receptionist then told me the number of the reception so that I do not need to go down again to get the door access. Why do you not tell me when I check in? Then I go up again and still the room card does not work. The Nepalese receptionist comes up with the master room card and open the door. I ask him what if I want to go out in the late night and he says, I will need to call him to open the room again. Oh gosh!

Stayed on 3rd Floor. No lift. Carpark provided, but 1 only on first come first serve basis.

The room is clean... Highly recommended.

Bak kut teh within walking distance was good! Staff were friendly

Good location surround by local food & coffee house,day time hard to find parking but night time easy to find parking

The selling point of this hotel is definitely the foot massage that available in each room. Even if there's plenty other options for a budget hotel, people would mostly choose the one which offers something better. Overall we were satisfied with our trip.

The Good:
1. Foot massage machine
2. Free parking, no need to walk far
3. Near to facilities (petrol station, Domino's, etc)
4. Nice room interior

The Bad:
1. Room without window
2. Couldn't connect with wifi
3. No free tea bag/coffee provided in the room
4. Room a bit small

Booked 2 rooms for my Indonesia friends and they are pleased with the quietness and cleaniness of the hotel.

A new budget hotel that is worth the price as things are new.
