Wonderful family run business
Pros:

Wonderful staff with a warm welcoming. We had troubles getting a taxi to the airport which was more than 1h away and the owner offered himself to help us for the same price a taxi would've taken. While waiting we had a delicious risotto accompanied by one of their best wines. Respectful and attentive, grazie per tutto! ❤️
PS the stray baby goat outside brought us joy, hope it got back home 😄

Pros:

Very nice, spacious rooms with excellent beds and a luxurious bathroom. The entire hotel, ideally located between Milan, Genoa, and Bologna, impresses with its inviting country-house style and is located close to the Po River near Pavia. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. There's also a very spacious, free parking lot. Thank you, we'll be back 🙏

A nightmare, do not stay here. Inaccurate description, overpriced service, inconvenient location
Cons:

The worst experience staying in a hotel. Would have given 0 if it’s possible. We booked an ‘Executive Suite’, with additional bathrooom, dining table, dining area, and a private entrance. However, we were given a normal double room upon arrival, despite showing the staff the description. They said all the rooms are called ‘Executive Suite’. The host was extremely unwelcoming, didn’t care at all the expectation was bit met. In the end we stayed 2 nights out of 4 nights that we booked, no refund, no upgrade to the room that we originally booked. In addition, the location is extremely inconvenient - no taxi is available. The hotel is asking for 50 euro for a 10 minutes ride. You could imagine how overpriced this place is. The dinner was reheated from super market food, and charging more than what you would get in any decent Italian restaurants.
