Utrolig kult høyt bygg i gåavstand til London Bridge Station.
Flott leilighet med kjøkkenkrok, spisebord til 4, sofa og stort bad.
Bodde i 6 etasje med utrolig flott utsikt til London Eye og Big Ben.

Cons:

Det var en høy lyd utenfor, så vi måtte lukke vinduene dessverre for å stenge lyden ute.

Pros:

We had a two bedroom apartment - Excellent place, facilities, location and helpful staff. We added on parking and would highly recommend doing that if you are driving. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning when we are back in London. Thank you!

Pros:

Locația este bună, relativ aproape de centru și gara. Există o singura linie de autobuz (C10) care vine la interval de 10 minute. Apartamentul este curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar, mai puțin aer condiționat.

Cons:

Mi-aș fi dorit sa nu scriu nimic în această secțiune, dar atitudinea unor persoane de la recepție nu a fost tocmai profesionala, ca sa ma exprim elegant.
Am ajuns la locație pe la 10AM , după un zbor de 3:20 și o oră de mers cu trenul de la Luton la Londra. Știam ca vom avea camera disponibilă după ora 15 și am întrebat dacă ne pot da acces la o toaletă, iar doamna de la recepție ne-a indicat sa mergem la un Starbucks, ceea ce mi s-a părut un comportament foarte urât față de niște clienți care au plătit peste 1.100 EUR pentru 4 nopți. Am făcut formalitățile de check in și am plecat pe străzi sa ne plimbăm și sa găsim o toaletă.
Când ne-am întors seara la locație sa primim cheia, ni s-a spus de către altă doamna de la recepție sa așteptăm, ca mai sunt alți clienți care își așteaptă rândul la check-in.
Într-un final am primit cheia de la un apartament situat la etajul 7( ultimul în acea aripă de clădire) în care era foarte cald ( afara fiind 30 grade), iar cu geamurile deschise au început sa intre în camere muște și țânțari.
Am sesizat asta la recepție și ni s-a recomandat sa utilizam un ventilator.
Legat de curățenie, nu a trecut nimeni în cele 5 zile, nici măcar sa ia gunoiul.
La acești bani sunt sigur ca există proprietăți mult mai ok și cu personal mai prietenos. Noi sigur nu vom recomanda.

Better than a hotel for space and facilities but just needs attention to small details which would make the difference

Hang anything on in bathroom no grab rails for getting in and out of the bath shower an accident waiting to happen. No WiFi. Sofa uncomfortable to sit on and kept moving apart. Not enough lifts.
