The pictures that’s were shown that you balcony but you guys didn’t it’s really hard to sit there also another thing they don’t mentioned you have to pay £100 deposit but you get that back

Super veľký apartmán, pohodlný, blízko bankovej štvrte, kde som mal meetingy.

Cons:

treba platiť zálohu, pri kurzových rozdieloch to po vrátení spravilo 5 eur:).. navyše nefungoval terminál, takže checkin trval viac ako pol hodinu, ale to sa môže stať hocikde..

Lovely clean apartment and friendly reception staff.
Pros:

Spacious bright light serviced apartment.
Both beds very comfortable and plenty of space with sofa bed pulled out.
Clean well stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Felt safe inside the building. Quiet at night time.
Clear communication before arrival and friendly staff at reception when we got there.
Five minute walk to the DLR/convenience shop opposite.
Lift for those who need it.

Cons:

Area felt a little bit off, lots of buildings mid development and felt quite run down for a Canary Wharf address. Probably safe outside but wouldn’t have felt ok to walk back alone at night.
WiFi upload not sufficient to watch films or work from the apartment.

Ideal stay
Pros:

Second time of staying with Marlin Apartments (different location to last time). Staff were friendly and helpful, room was large and well-equipped for an overnight stay. Bed comfortable. Location is good for getting around Canary Wharf area, its about a 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station.

Perfect situation and perfect place for those looking for a quiet clean property with kitchen
Pros:

The staff (Jay and ... sorry I forgot his name) was very welcoming and did his best to prepare everything to accomodate my health needs. All was very clean and the fridge was cool upon arrival to receive any shopping one might have done at the stores nearby or brought, including frozen food. The appartment has a big kitchen, with all the necassary appliances from electric plates and oven to microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Nice bathroom with bath and glass panel to take also a shower. Hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Ironing set in the closet. Big 2 people bed with 4 cushions provided, with matrass protection. Appartment was VERY quiet. Mail slot in the appartment door and bell to ring on your personnal door so you can also invite people and get your mail for long stays. All wooden floor, no carpet. Ideal for dustmite allergic people. Neighbourhood is incredible with the waterways and a huge shopping mall, lots of restaurants of all kinds, a park and the metro at a 10min walk.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard and tired. I could feel a spring higher than the rest at night and had to shift until I found a place where I did not feel it. Got no instruction about the heating so I have no idea if there is any. On the other hand, none was needed as the appartment warms very fast with the slightest ray of sun so we didn't ask. Not used to UK electricity with switches on every socket and jumpers on the wall. Never had used electric plates. It was a bit trial and error to find what did what. A small tour of the property or instructions on arrival would have been a real bonus. But I could have asked.

Exceptional staff, great apartment.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. Incredibly helpful staff, got a free upgrade to a much larger apartment than initially booked. 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs to stay in Canary Wharf.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit cold but the rest of the house was warm and nice. Even with this - the value for money was incredible.

I had no heating the room after speaking with the gentleman. And he told me he would bring us a portable heater. We left early the morning due to our baby feeling sick.
