We had an absolutely terrible experience staying here and would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

When we arrived, there was no running water at all and the entire accommodation smelled like vomit. There was also no proper heating, the showers were broken, and we were not provided with fresh towels during our stay.

At around 5pm on the first day, a man wearing what looked like a dog warden vest suddenly burst into our room without warning and began checking all of the rooms. It was extremely intimidating and completely inappropriate. We had only booked this place as somewhere to sleep after attending a concert that night.

After returning from the concert, we noticed money missing from one of our bags. The next morning, someone attempted to enter our room twice using a keycard and repeatedly questioned how many people were staying there, even though there were only the 6 guests included in the booking.

Later that night, we returned around midnight, sat quietly watching TV, and were about to order food when the same “dog warden” aggressively burst into the room again claiming we were being too loud. He searched the room, dragged us out, and threatened us with a £2000 fine if we refused to leave. During this confrontation, he claimed he did not even work for the accommodation but then offered to let us stay if we gave him cash directly. He refused to properly identify who he worked for, which made the entire situation feel extremely suspicious and unsafe.

We were eventually thrown out onto the street in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay, despite also paying a £200 deposit. One of my friends suffered a panic attack outside in the freezing cold, and her inhaler was still inside the room. We begged to retrieve it, but he refused to let us back in. The lack of care and basic humanity shown in that situation was genuinely frightening and dangerous.

Pros:

Lovely, clean & spacious studio apartment. Perfect for a few night's stay. Location was great, had added extras like salt & pepper - anything you would need for a few days.

Good location to rail and buses. Very clean comfortable stay.
Pros:

Easy to find from Canary Wharf station. Great friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Loved it all only slight niggle with the recycling at end of stay. Didn’t see any separate bins for recycling our rubbish in basement.

Excellent for hosting groups. Spaces were big and well decorated, in a great location with lovely views. Staff were helpful.

Probably could have used slightly more stuff in the apartments, like bin bags and toilet paper

There was no notice that there will be a £100 on hold and never got the £100 back I am still awaiting for that…

Great location and plenty of space with some good views.

The apartment was sizeable, clean and well situated.

The bed was a bit hard and creaky. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which was reported to the staff.
