Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.

The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.

I loved the location, unfortunately we visited during the heatwave and with no AC in the apartment was not ideal.
Pros:

The location was amazing, we had a metro station right outside of the apartment door, and St Paul’s Cathedral was only a 5 minute walk, which was perfect cause while a part of the group visited the cathedral, another part of the group stayed in the apartment to relax.

Cons:

There was no AC and no chance to open the window in the bedroom, which was a nightmare during the heatwave, and the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen doors were heavy and closed by themselves automatically, and there weren’t enough door stops in the apartment.

Probably better in the winter .
Pros:

Good location for our function. Plenty of room

Cons:

No AirCon , so had to have the windows wide open. Very little breeze on the 1st floor and very very noisy all night. A fan is supplied to recirculate warm air.. Probably my worst nights sleep ever.. Desperately needs Air conditioning for summer months now the UK sees night temperatures in the mid 20's

Fin lägenhet med kanonläge!
Pros:

Bra läge, fin, stor lägenhet med mysig atmosfär och ett fint sovrum. Helt okej bäddsoffa, man får inte ha så höga krav. Lite slitna köksmöbler men återigen, helt okej. Vi hade det vi behövde i köket.

Cons:

Vi bad om två fläktar, en till varje sovrum, redan innan vi anlänt för att det skulle vara 35 grader varmt. En fläkt fanns i lägenheten och efter mycket tjat fick vi på tredje dagen en smutsig fläkt som såg möglig ut. Då var bemötandet uselt och våra krav på en ren fläkt ifrågasattes som ett lyxproblem.

När personal fick se den äckliga fläkten, efter att vi burit ner den till receptionen, fick vi genast en ny och fin. Det hade inte behövt vara så omständligt
och bemötandet kändes otrevligt.

Jag tycker också att städning ska ingå åtminstone två gånger istället för ingen gång om man är fyra vuxna personer som hyr dyrt en hel vecka, sju nätter. Det fanns ju inte ens en sop att tillgå. Dammsugare i lägenheten vore annars önskvärt.

Gute gelegenes, großes und sauberes Apartment
Pros:

Große, sehr saubere Unterkunft, die bei den zzt. herrschenden Temperaturen ziemlich warm war (besonders das Badezimmer). Wir haben allerdings zwei Ventilatoren für das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer bekommen, was bei offenem Fenster nachts und laufendem Ventilator das Schlafen erträglich gemacht hat. Wir hatten zum Glück auch ein Apartment im ersten Stock (oben sei es wohl sehr heiß gewesen…). Das Personal (besonders George) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Je weiter man unten ist, desto lauter hört man die Metro unterm Haus durchrumpeln. Das klingt wie ein Gewitter, ist aber iwann nur noch ein Hintergrundgeräusch..

It’s was extremely hot , only 1 fan supplied for 4 people so one couple could not sleep at night because of the heat also the pull out bed you literally dropped through it . The whole place had a very unpleasant smell , would not go back

Avoid if looking for peace and quiet stay
Pros:

Clean and tidy, location to the city and central London, having a full bath which is rare to find in hotels these days.

Cons:

I would advise anyone booking this accommodation to avoid a room on the first floor, unable to confirm the floors above would be any different, the problem being is I believe the underground/metro runs underneath the accommodation, so what seems like every 5 minutes you could feel and hear the rumble of the trains below, this went on till pass midnight, and the restarted approximately 6am, so sleep was a big issue.
