Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization of up to 500 GBP on arrival as was used for payment.

The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.

Cons:

Purtroppo le nostre camere erano situate nella parte opposta rispetto all'ingresso principale e il rumore causato dal passaggio frequente di treni della metropolitana e lo stridore dei freni proprio in corrispondenza delle nostre camere (eccetto poche ore la notte) provocavano persino la vibrazione dei vetri delle finestre, rendendo difficile dormire.

Un sitio práctico y bien ubicado.
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Estás muy bien conectado, con el metro al lado y fácil acceso a todo, lo que en una ciudad como Londres marca la diferencia.

El apartamento es amplio, limpio y funcional. Está bien equipado y resuelve bien una estancia de varios días, sobre todo si necesitas algo de autonomía con cocina.

La cama es cómoda y el descanso en general es correcto.

El personal y la recepción 24h aportan tranquilidad y hacen que todo sea más sencillo, sobre todo si llegas tarde o necesitas resolver algo rápido.

Cons:

El principal punto negativo es el ruido, especialmente por la noche. Se percibe el paso del metro y el exterior más de lo esperado, lo que puede afectar al descanso si eres sensible.

También hay algunos detalles mejorables en el apartamento: equipamiento algo justo en ciertos casos (como menaje o mobiliario) y pequeños fallos puntuales en instalaciones que deberían estar más cuidados.
