Important information:

The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.

Wonderful Stay and location
Pros:

Very well maintained building and apartments.locatiin perfect for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful..

Cons:

Smoking allowed on walk way in front of doors so smoke came into apartment. We had to keep windows open during the heatwave so very hard to breath.

Pros:

Schönes Appartement, Blick zum Finanz District und The Shards von unserem Appartement. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Supermarkt, Pubs und mehrere Schnell Imbisse fußläufig erreichbar. Nur zwei Stationen von der Tower Bridge entfernt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten extrem heiße Tage in London (bis 36 Grad, nachts immer noch 22 Grad), da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, hat sich das Appartement extrem aufgeheizt, es war kaum auszuhalten... Zimmer zur Straße, daher extrem laut (auch nachts), gerade weil wir die Fenster nachts geöffnet hatten, um etwas Luft in die Zimmer zu bekommen.

Family of 4 for 2 nights
Pros:

Close access to the tube. Spacious enough for a family of 4 in London especially. Clean rooms and kitchenette. Elevators to upper levels which is not a given in most places.

Cons:

Not their fault, but we were there during the heat wave. No fans in the room or acs...but they did try to help out by supplying 2 pedestal fans, but boy was it hot.

Good price and good location
Pros:

The property is in a great location, just 10 minutes by bus from downtown and Canary Wharf. The bus stop is also very close, making it easy to get around. The apartment is very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from outside. There's not much the property can do about it, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be difficult to sleep. However, the sound insulation inside the apartment is very good, so it was a bit surprising that the outside noise could still be heard.

房间的设施很好,细节考虑得也周到。24小时服务台很好。

Cons:

我的房间窗户临街,窗户外面就是人行道,高度与人行道一致,在行人的腰部,而且窗户外面没有任何防护设施,很不安全。导致我们24小时都必须把窗帘拉上。入住5晚,没有拉开过一次窗帘。在这样的房间生活,太难受了!入住前,应该说明房间临街而且没有防护的情况。
另外位置确实有点偏远,到景点坐地铁要40分钟左右,非常不方便。

Welcoming, accomdating, convenient.
Pros:

Everything from the organising the early booking to them keeping me updated with my early check in. They really did everything to accommodate for me and partner, so there’s no complaints from me. Special thanks to Mulla, Jude and Hamza (property manager). I’ll be back soon.
