There was an extra charge not listed on bookings.com for "parking maintenance". I have never seen this before! When we tried to check out, there was no one at the front desk to talk to .

Cons:

We were super bummed that the hot tub was not working…. We had planned to be down there for hours with the kids and it turned into about 15 minutes in the pool. The kids said that the pool was ok, but it was so cold in there, so we didn’t last long down there. Also, bummed out that breakfast didn’t start till 730. We had to leave the hotel to get to the Civic Center by 7am so we had to stop and get food…

The hot tub didn’t work, we only got 3 towels for 4 people for a 2 night stay, the beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast didn’t start until 730 on the weekend.

Good breakfast: unbelievably fresh strawberries and blueberries, the gentleman, Mauricio, working there very polite, smiley and nice.
I am happy it is paid parking now, the hotel will be responsible if something happens to my car in their parking lot.

Cons:

I was in room 325. Sounds from the suit next to my bed kept me awake for half a night. Very bad soundproofing.
Ladies at the front desk as always busy with their computers and do not greet people passing by.
