Hotel pequeñito y sin ascensor. Bien cuidado, habitación pequeña pero suficiente. Limpia y baño limpio. El personal muy amable

El trato del personal del hotel excelente, muy amables. La cercanía a la estación de tren, universidad y al centro de la ciudad. Cuentan con una cafeteria.

Hotel muy céntrico, estancia agradable.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho su localización ya que puedes visitar Vitoria andando. No hay posibilidad de parking por lo que nos gastamos 10 euros al día en ORA. Tampoco hay ascensor lo que supone tener que cargar con las maletas como mínimo una planta. El Wi-Fi no llegaba a nuestra habitación que se encontraba al fondo del pasillo.

Pros:

滞在した部屋は道路に面しており、車や人通りの多いところで、ホテルは少し古く、暗い印象がありました。
隣接するバルで働く人がホテルの受付の担当も行っており忙しいようでしたが、きちんと丁寧に対応してくれました。
美術館にも近く、散歩道を通って中心街に出れるため、1日泊まる場所としては問題ないです。
