Great time with grandkids! No loud, obnoxious people at our hotel.
Pros:

2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to stores if you needed anything. Nice size pool and barbecue area.For the price you cant beat it.

It was not as expected
Pros:

When we arrive for check in at 3pm we were told it is not until 4 but better yet that our room won’t be ready until 4:30 so they gave us what ever they had available which didn’t make any sense that we had to wait until 4:30pm to even have a possible room. The guy at the front desk was super rude it was our 2nd time and last for sure.

Cons:

The room layout was horrible we couldn’t even watch the tv while in bed lol we couldn’t see it

Family vacation
Pros:

Classic Wildwood beach hotel. Room was renovated to modern standards, tile, fixtures etc.

Cons:

Parking very tight though it accommodated our needs. Staff committed to affording access 24/7

I highly suggest beachside resort
Pros:

The location was perfect- right by the beach and parks, restaurants, and stores. The room was clean, the staff was so nice. The pool was clean and perfect temp. I was sunburnt so bad and they had Aloe that helped so much!

Cons:

They only give you one key. Lil inconvenience since my husband would go to the beach with the some kids and I would bring some kids to the park- So one of us would be locked out till everyone gets there at the same time. However, we were locked out twice and the couple at the office was quick to help us get in.

Hotel good. room was clean when we got there and everything worked as expected. appeared to be a good value for the money due to its location

service was not great. Front desk people were pleasant but i ha to go ask for toilet paper as there was none when i first got there and then had to ask each day when the room was going to be cleaned so we could have fresh towels. The gentleman told me 4 dimes he would be right down with tiles and on the 5th time I caught him outside and got them from him. this was over a 3.5 hour time period. two days later i had to ask for towels again. ( our room still hadn't been cleaned) this time the girl was at the front desk. She got the towels right away and appeared shocked that our room hadn't been cleaned yet and said she would have it done.
we went out and came back later that night and room still wasn't cleaned. The next morning was checkout. I asked if i could leave my car there for a while and was told no because they had others checking in. I said not even to make uo for my room never being cleaned even once in 4 days? she said sir you would've had to tell us that on the days it happened. I said i did, I talked to the gentleman 3 different times and yourself once. she said I'm sorry we cant let you park there. i said ok well how about a discount on the rate for not cleaning the room? I believe that's part of what i paid for isnt it? she said sir i can let you keep you car her till 2 at the latest. after that it will be towed.

Pros:

Great location but it was very over priced and we couldn’t swim but 9am to 9 pm I think if it’s adults we should be able to swim when ever at our own risk. It’s way to hot there not to be able to swim freely
