The room was dirty when we got there was cigar wrappers and candy left one the floors the beds weren't fully made the bathroom door hit the cabinets hard to get in and out they charged my card bc sand was left on the bed when u are close to the beach of course there is gonna be sand everywhere there was barley any dish soap to do the dishes. When u called the office the lady was rude and cursed at me they dont change the sheets not happy with the place

Great stay!
Pros:

It was so close to the boardwalk, the staff was very friendly every morning and asked how we were doing. The bathroom was clean and so was the pool. This is definitely somewhere I would look into staying again though!

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected it would be perfect for a couple and maybe a kid but definitely was too small for 3 adults and a child. That is the only thing I would say.

Pros:

This os the third year I stayed at this location, it is close to the event I attend, love that it has a pool. Its clean, nicechecks everything I need for my stay.

24 hour staff service was not adequate. My friend and I needed to be out early in the morning to catch a scheduled event and needed to check out. I called the emergency # posted on the door SEVERAL times with no answer. Staff need to honor what they advertise.

We stayed here this past weekend and paid $360 for one night. Pretty steep but thought, no biggie, we stayed here before and loved it! We had 2 full beds instead of one queen so my husband slept in one and my one year old and I slept in the other. Soon after putting my little one to sleep, I see a bedbug crawling on the sheets above her head! My husband quickly ran over and took a picture. He went downstairs to either get us a new room or the bare minimum, a refund. The front desk was very apologetic and understood the seriousness of the situation. Due to having no rooms left (it was senior week), we agreed on a refund and discounts on future stays. I booked this room through booking.com and was told to process my refund through them. Here we are now, 3 days later, and I wake up to an email from booking.com stating that the owner doesn’t agree with issuing the refund. I understand mistakes happen but I am completely astonished by the lack of accountability. I paid over $350 for a room that has my left arm completely covered in bug bites now. Be cautious and book anywhere else!
