The location is great.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, the staff is one person and she is often not at the front desk. You get a charge for linens, but my blanket hard coffee stains on it. The top lock on the door was missing the notch to keep it closed for extra security. On the 1st floor while I was taking a shower I could hear people sitting outside talking and smell the cigarette smoke. Its almost like they were in the bathroom with me, so the walls are very thin.

Cons:

Wifi sucks, after a long day of fun I should be able to unwind and fall asleep with the tv on. They advertise wifi and tv with cable channels, false advertisement.

Great location, clean rooms, didn't go in the pool, but it looked really nice and clean.
Pros:

I liked that we were so close to the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach and we were located in the middle of the boardwalk when we walked 1 block. Abraham and Bria were very nice and helpful when we needed them.

Cons:

We had to ask for towels each day when we gave them the dirty ones outside of our door, but we got them quickly when asked, so not really a big deal. Everything was nice and staff were very kind.

An Okay Stay
Pros:

I loved that is was close to the boardwalk.

Cons:

When we first got there, the sink was clogged and there were no comforters on the beds. They just had a sheet on the bed. When we looked to see if they had a comforter in the cabinet, they only had one for a 2 queen bed room. Also, the pool area was so full of people that weren't staying at the place, we didn't bother to use the pool.

Un lugar muy agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómodas. La piscina también estaba muy limpia, y el personal fue muy atento y amable, Desde la recepción hasta el personas del mantenimiento fueron excelentes . Volvería a este lugar sin duda.

Pros:

Stayed there for 6 nights and the day before check out is when we finally got the room cleaned up- sheets we placed in room while servicng the room but never put on, AC was leaking all over the floor and yes they did fix it but was a bit of an inconvicnie when I had to use all the towels to soak up and because they never came to service room had no towels- the day they finally came and cleaned the room we seen they took the trash and just dumped it in front of are room on the ground instead of taking it with them so needless to say that next morning we had gotten woken up at 6am to a flock of seagulls trying to get into the trash so my husband went and took the trash down for the housekeeping- crazy. I have never stayed somewhere where there wasnt housekeeping everyday- I was very disappointed- we ran out of toilet paper- soap, shampoo, towels, trash was overflowing for days and when I apporched them about room being cleaned I got told I had to ask for them to clean it>??????? Was not please at all- Staff as far as front desk were very nice thoe and a certain gentleman that works there was also very helpful when it came to my requests.

Don’t do it.
Cons:

I didn’t feel like our sheets were clean. There was a bar sticking out of from under the bed that my daughter hit her shin on and cut it, bruised by morning. There’s no way no one else reported that sticking out. They have double parking so they had my keys and I was woken up at 7:30 am by some random guy knocking on my door bc my jeep was parked behind him and he needed to leave and no-one was answering the emergency line at the office. We were able to walk into the office and take the keys and move the car. So that means anyone could’ve walked into the office and taken my keys at anytime, or anyone’s keys? That doesn’t seem ok. Glad I was only here one night and will just call our regular hotel when we decide to come down early. Would not recommend.

The room was dirty when we got there was cigar wrappers and candy left one the floors the beds weren't fully made the bathroom door hit the cabinets hard to get in and out they charged my card bc sand was left on the bed when u are close to the beach of course there is gonna be sand everywhere there was barley any dish soap to do the dishes. When u called the office the lady was rude and cursed at me they dont change the sheets not happy with the place
