Pros:

Old hotel and dirty room. Poor wifi signal. No hair dryer. Staff isn’t helpful.

มีปัญหาตั้งแต่หลังการจองที่ผมต้องยืนยันห้องพักกับทางโรงแรม ปรากฎว่าข้อมูลชื่อโรงแรมในเวปและเบอร์โทรไม่ถูกต้อง ต้องค้นหาเบอร์โทรเอง เมื่อติดต่อทางโรงแรมได้ไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลได้เลย โดยแจ้งว่าจะติดต่อกลับแต่ก็ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อกลับ ทำให้ไม่มั่นใจว่าจะได้ห้องพักหรือไม่ ต้องให้ expedia ติดต่อให้จึงจะได้รับการยืนยัน เมื่อเข้าพักพบว่าโรงแรมมีข้อดีอยู่อย่างเดียวคือใกล้ชุมชนติดกับถนนคนเดิน สภาพห้องพักปานกลาง อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าบางอย่างใช้การไม่ได้ ไม่มีเครืองทำน้ำอุ่นในห้องน้ำ เป็นน้ำร้อนที่ไหลมาตามท่อทุกก๊อก ร้อนมากไม่สามารถอาบน้ำได้ อาหารเช้าไม่เพียงพอและไม่อร่อย ผมมารับประทานอาหารเช้าเวลา 7.30 น. แทบจะไม่มีอาหารให้กิน และรสชาดใช้ไม่ได้ ไม่พบการเพิ่มเติมอาหารให้แขก ในขณะเช็คเอ้าท์ พนักงานจะเรียกเก็บค่าห้องพักอีก โดยที่ผมได้จ่ายค่าห้องพักไปหมดแล้ว ทำให้ผมต้องเสียค่าโทรศัพท์ทางไกลในการติดต่อ expedia ให้ช่วยชี้แจง กว่าจะเรียบร้อยใช้เวลาประมาณ 30 นาที่ เป็นที่ทางโรงแรมมีการสื่อสารภายในที่แย่มาก ทำให้พนักงานบนเคาน์เตอร์ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทำงานโดยใช้ข้อมูลเก่า ทำให้ไปทำงานล่าช้า และเสียค่าโทรศัพท์ ทางโรงแรมก็มิได้มีการเยียวยา จึงขอเป็นการใช้บริการเพียงครั้งเดียวและเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย

clean and pleasant stay.
Pros:

I recently had a good 5 night stay here with my girlfriend. Room was large and clean. However the room and hotel is generally a little tired and could do with a makeover. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. The hotel was close enough to the big shopping centre with cinema, ice rink, and bowling and also the bars. It only cost between 50-100 baht to get there on a motorbike tuk tuk depending on what time of day it is. Overall the hotel is a good priced pleasant place to stay and I would stay again if I return to udon thani.
