Loved the compact yet spacious and well laid out floor plan of apartment.
The hot and cold taps for the hand basin were mixed up…. Cold was hot and hot was cold…. Concertina door to block off laundry was absolutely jammed open! The floor lamp in the lounge did not work.
The size of the unit was great and the location was perfect!!
There were only 2 towels but the room had 2 large beds and a sofa bed, so if more people stayed there wouldn’t have been enough towels.
The cleaners left items in the room and hadn’t made a bed, but luckily we didn’t need that bed… and the next morning the problem was rectified.

The apartment was stunning! Breathtaking views, incredible location. Had everything I needed for my stay. Was clean, quiet and very well maintained. Would return without hesitation.
the location was perfect - we walked into south melbourne, east melbourne, the cbd, carlton, fitzroy, collingwood and more! the place was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean.
the photos and layout of the place did not match up. there was no balcony or even a window we could open for fresh air from the outside causing our place to be stuffy at times. instructions for how to use the aircon would have been much appreciated as it was
confusing to operate and we could not feel it.

Water pressure in the bathroom sink is very weak.
Not much in accessories, eg. No salt/pepper, glad wrap, paper towel, only 2 pods for 5 day stay. Toaster probably needs replacement, bit aged, and very basic facilities for an apartment. etc..

The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep. Doors didn't shut correctly, the laundry door couldn't shut, the outside door got stuck shut. View of the city was great but very little view of the water. Unit was easy to find and communication between the organisation was very good.
There was no breakfast. The location was pretty good
When you arrive in a country at 8.am and can't get into the accommodation until 4pm in the afternoon not the best then they ask for $25 an hour if you want in earlier.
