La pulizia estrema e la comoditá della camera...la gentilezza della responsabile...

Cons:

Purtroppo non ci sono parcheggi limitrofe e ti devi adeguare nelle vie accanto o fuori ztl e fartela quindi a piedi con valigie e tutto! Pagando ovviamente un pass o appunto il parcheggio! Stanze poco insonorizzate...fino alle 00.30 mi sono ascoltato i fatti di quelli accanto più le scorribande di quelli sopra

Un Hotel 2 stelle...che non è un 2 stelle
Pros:

L Hotel è in pieno centro storico ed è possibile acquistare un pass ZTL tramite la struttura, che consente di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze dell'hotel.
Camera ampia, ben arredata; all'arrivo siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla presenza dell'angolo tisane e caffe in camera.
Bagno grande, presenti anche ciabattine e kit spazzolino/dentifricio (raro trovarli)
Pulizia della camera impeccabile!
Materasso e cuscino comodissimi
Colazione sia dolce che salata, deliziose crostate e torte, sempre tutto fresco!
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale
Straconsigliato! 10 e lode!

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima.
Camera molto spaziosa ( junior suite ) ,ambiente accogliente, ben riscaldato ( molto apprezzato viste le temperature esterne)
Avevamo a disposizione bollitore per te o tisane e macchinetta per caffè con cialde ad uso gratuito, coccola molto apprezzata.
Colazione dolce con diversi tipi di torta ed anche salata.
Personale gentilissimo . ed efficiente, mi hanno contattata alla partenza e fatto trovare pronto pass per Ztl da me richiesto all' arrivo.

Struttura molto accogliente in centrissimo, la camera e' spaziosa e curata, letto molto comodo, doccia ben funzionante, ottima colazione. Tutte le ragazze dello staff molto gentili. In camera ci sono macchina caffè e bollitore + bottiglie da riempire con l'acqua che si trova al piano colazione. Le 2 stelle sono assolutamente troppo poche.

Un piccolo hotel con una grande qualità
Pros:

Piccolo Hotel in pieno centro, arredato con gusto, estremamente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. La colazione piccola ma squisita. Camera ampia, bagno grande, cuscini Memory, è veramente incredibile che abbia solo due stelle. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel centralissimo, praticamente su piazza Sordello-Erbe. Stanza nuova, pulita, bagno con tutto il necessario (kit di cortesia al completo), colazione varia e abbondante. Graditissimo e inaspettato regalo per brindare la sera di capodanno. Staff femminile cordiale e gentile

Cons:

Suggerirei di aggiungere una sedia in più in camera e dei fazzoletti in bagno.
