Friendly staff, close to local amenities, nice room
Pros:

Not a bad little hotel, location is good for walking into the town centre or seafront.
Nice size comfy bed, decent size room but the bathroom was a lottle dated, but did not spoil our stay.
We did not experience any noise except for the bar over the road, but it was a weekend and expected.
We did not use the restaurant

Ask for a low floor room was charged 15 more not impressed

Cons:

Being charged for a room that was 7 pound more if I booked that room we asked for a low floor the charged us 15 pound if I booked it on hear it would have been 7 pound more sould not be charged for a disability

Warm welcome, lovely meals excellent nights sleep

Excellent value, lovely meals, very friendly staff, comfy bed, nice location

Cons:

To be picky it would be nice to have undercover bicycle parking, but I was allowed to take bike into my room it's just a heavy bike.
