Breakfast and dinner excellent. Bed comfy. Shower hot and powerful
Stayed 3 nights room not cleaned once not even bathroom/ toilet, or tea tray replenished. Used same cups for 3 days just rinsed in bathroom sink and had to ask at reception for tea bags etc. Nowhere to put anything in bathroom just shower, small basin and toilet - could do with a shelf

Lovely hotel and staff. Room was lovely clean and just what I wanted. The bar was lovely to hang out in the evening or for a night cap. Amazing value and I will definitely return.

Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Its a little dated but clean and tidy. Food was good.
No Disabled toilet available. Very steep stairs into hotel. Tea and coffee although unlimited at meal times was chargeable and not included in meals.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant food was excellent and good value.
I'm sure if I thought long enough I could think of something but no excellent value for money.
it was a lovely room it was like being at home bed was good room big en-suite brilliant the staff were very helpful i had a few meals which were great ample amounts pay £1.50p extra you can have as many teas or coffe as you like you also have a lift in the hotel which is great i will be coming here again soon/ but it was great having a good holiday during my stay at riverlyn

11am checkout - very relaxing.
There is a bar nearby, but all closed aud 11pm and hardly heard from the room we had on thn niarside of the hotel.

My one tiniest quibble was the room curtains let in too much light in the morning for me.
