Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und das Zimmer auch.
Schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Ich finde die Preise für Alleinreisende mit 95 Euro pro Nacht einfach zu hoch.
Ich hatte Glück und konnte wegen ladt Minute Buchung nur 69 Euro bezahlen und hätte zu dem Preis auch verlängert.
Allerdings wurde das nicht genehmigt obwohl ein Doppelzimmer pro Person auch nur 69 Euro kostet.
Man ließ das Zimmer dann lieber eine macht frei denn es war um 20 Uhr immer noch buchbar für die Nacht. Schade.

Wir haben uns arrangiert. Man kann nicht alles haben.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit und die günstige Lage in Emden. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Das Personal zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Im Gästehaus gab es keinen Aufzug, so das es schwer war für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen in die obere Etage zu gelangen. Ab 22:00 Uhr gab es keine Möglichkeit noch Getränke zu bekommen, die Bar war geschlossen. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder war nicht ausreichend und es fehlte die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder am Abstellplatz aufzuladen, keine Steckdosen vorhanden.

Das Zentrum war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und das ganze Personal des Hauses war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Nebengebäude lag in unmittelbarer Nähe der Baustelle vom Nachbarhaus - das war halt Pech. Aber muß der Container der Baustelle unbedingt direkt unter dem Fenster des Hotelzimmers gestellt werden???
