It’s not worth the price but still more economical than other hotels.
Pros:

The location is great for what I needed to do in Glen Cove.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty run down for the price. The mattress is too soft and lumpy.

Outdated not a hotel. It’s a motel. They don’t serve breakfast anymore to microwave in room. Front desk is merely someone who might be able to check you in but that’s it. I checked in wed. Was there wed and th. The Fri I was in the city and service went over the room. Came back and flushed and the bowl backed up. I asked front desk and Bob said he’ll see if they have one. WHAT???? They did I went and got it and it had gone down some so I plunged and flushed again. Backed up and leaked on the floor. Bob’s answer to things like warrant of habitability or how about I need a working bathroom and sanitary conditions was nothing he can do. There no maintenance. The inn was full. So my choice was go to another hotel. Which I did. I called booking for a refund he signed off on it and now I wait

North Shore Long Island nice !!
Pros:

Great location/ beautiful art near the lobby.

Front desk people inconsistent/ rude and confrontational. One day cleaners completely blew off not clean .

I love the new management. It’s more clean now than before and or.

Cons:

I did not like this person. This guy that works at night. He’s not friendly at all. He doesn’t respond to questions or ignore you completely. He’s very lazy and ignorant it almost make you not stay in the hotel for that person.

Good value . Clean and location are good; but Inn needs updating: A safe 3 star Inn..
Pros:

Staffing was excellent Interior of Rooms are clean and affordable but clearly need upgrades. Building and hallways need updating.

Cons:

The Inn is still in a state of needing investment and upgrading. It is obvious that the team is doing the best it can with limited resources... but old rugs, poor lighting and aging conditions cannot be hidden...
