Pros:

Gut gelegen in Rimini mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, keine 5min zu Fuss zum Strand. Strandabschnitt bei dem man als Hotelgast Vergünstigung hat war auch sehr schön.
Hotel ist modern, Zimmer sind schön und sauber.

Cons:

Personal: sie waren nicht unfreundlich, aber es wirkte total chaotisch, sie waren nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Uns wurden z.T. auch falsche oder widersprüchliche Informationen gegeben und bei der Rechnung gab es auch Ungereimtheiten.
Wichtig zu wissen: es gibt keine Möglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel zu parkieren und aus- oder einzuladen. Das ist niergends ersichtlich und auch da war das Personal leider nicht sehr hilfreich.

Würde ich niemandem empfehlen, kein 4Sterne Niveau

Lage/unfreundliches, reserviertes Personal/Aufpreis für Spa-Bereich (nicht auf Homepage angeführt)/keine Bar/keinen Pool/Großbaustelle vor dem Haus/kein schöner Aussenbereich um zu verweilen/extrem kleine Zimmer

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, aber das Zimmer war viel zu klein für 4 Personen!

Nähe zum Strand, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Umfunktioniertes 2 Personen Zimmer, viel zu eng für 4 Personen (1 Erwachsener + 3 Jugendliche), Betten waren 2 aufgeklappte Sofas! Sehr beengt!

Персонал очень хороший!!!!Чисто,уборка каждый день,спасибо.

Cons:

Стройка на против отеля!!!Про такие вещи нужно указывать обязательно в описании т.к.начало работы в 5 утра,пыль и грузовики с кранами.Шум и резка арматуры!!!Так себе отдых 🤷
