Bien situé, personnel très agréable, petit-déjeuner varié, bon et copieux. En revanche la climatisation fonctionnait mal et stationnement difficile dans le quartier.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to shops, bars etc.
Food was ok, always something to choose, have had better.
WiFi is terrible, didn’t work at all.
Our room was quite small, asked about moving when we first arrived but couldn’t accommodate unfortunately until next day so we didnt bother. Felt that staff could have been little bit more helpful with this. Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great.
Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately.

Wenn es was zu verbessern gäbe: Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und es ist absolute Glückssache, sofort was zum Parken zu finden.

Cet hôtel a été la meilleure expérience de notre séjour . La vue mer de la chambre était extraordinaire et la propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le buffet très copieux . Le personnel est vraiment disponible et très professionnel . La directrice a été particulièrement accueillante et prend vraiment soin de tous ces clients .

Great hotel with fabulous staff. Very clean and everything you'd want from a quiet relaxing stay. For a smaller hotel, the food choice is good and never went hungry. Lovely stay.

Food was meh.
Drinks was thin but okay.
Kid in pool sometimes.
Other than this, amaaaaaazing hotel amazing staff, amazing location. Overall very very good trip!

The meal service team was Awesome and took great care of us for our five days. The All inclusive Fare is moderate however there are great dining options on the beach front. The pool area was always clean however we did not use it. We had a 3rd floor Suite that had a nice Water view. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and water pressure was Awesome in the shower. The Free Wi-Fi was a weak signal in our room, more so when peak usage throughout the resort. Suggest upgrading Access points for expanded and consistent service.

Chambre avec jacuzzi vue sur mer ....haha la mer oui je la voie mais en me penchant sur le balcon...le jacuzzi plain de calcaire. Pieds du lit dévisser..repas moyens..personnels gentils

Lovely hotel would come again

La comida y las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desear, no vale la pena el todo incluido, las bebidas que te incluyen son de marcas blancas por lo que si te quieres tomar una compa de una marca regular tienes que pagar diferencias, la comida en el bufé es muy básica y repetitiva, las pizzas y demás frías, tuvimos que comer y cenar fuera en múltiples ocasiones, EL PERSONAL SI QUE ES 10/10, Cristina en el restaurante es muy amable y te atiende con mucha atención y profesionalidad.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut – der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Bars und Clubs zum Ausgehen befinden sich ebenfalls relativ nah.

Das Essen war für diese Preiskategorie ganz in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal.

Allerdings waren die Zimmer weniger überzeugend: Zwar war alles sehr sauber, jedoch wirkte das Inventar billig. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, und Dusche sowie Toilette waren offen gestaltet – für Paare vielleicht kein Problem, aber bei einer Reise in der Gruppe mangelt es dadurch an Privatsphäre.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht alle wünsche zu erfüllen. Das zimmer war sauber aber weil keine schutzwand zwischen whirlpool und bett war, waren kleine wasserschäden vorhanden, was aber nur in unserem zimmer war. Es ist nah zum Strand und rundherum sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren als Paar Mitte April in diesem Hotel für 1 Woche im Urlaub . Es ist ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal .
