The rooms were ready.

Cons:

They put us from one side of the hotel was one family the other room was on the other side of the hotel so they kids couldn't be together, we asked for rooms together and we reserved the rooms well in advance. The curtains were not even hooked up, and walls were spotted with missing patches of paint, old beds and second room was full of spiders. The hotel I believe the first hotel built in Marin. Would we stay again probably not. The cafe with the breakfast was updated

The place needs some upgrades as it is somewhat run down. Staff kind and breakfast was good!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! REAL eggs were used for the scrambled eggs, and the ability to order a waffle was nice too.

We were comfortable and were able to get to the places we wanted to go very easily
