Pros:

スパなのに水風呂もサウナも使用できない。スパまで遠い上にエアコンが壊れているし、更衣室も夏なのに熱風。高額の宿泊代なのにひどすぎる

Pros:

Property very clean, and staff was very nice. We could enjoy the onsen with ocean view in the room. It's far from the city but overall, my stay was very quiet and relaxing. Recommend to take a taxi from the JR Choshi station, so you don't need to wait or worry about the schedule of the CD line. It's easy when going back to Tokyo, cuz the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Pros:

４～５回のリピーターです。立地は最高。施設も比較的新しいが、スタッフの対応は洗練されておらず、何度も同じリクエストを繰り返し伝えなければならないなど、ストレスが溜まります。
他に同クラスの宿泊施設が無いため、消去法的選択ですが、ここを選択しています。

部屋からの眺望が素晴らしく、そしてテラスのチェアに座ると風が気持ちよく リゾート気分に浸れました。
お部屋の露天風呂が少し熱かったのと、中庭から露天風呂が丸見えナノが気になりました。

洗練はされていないけど。悪くはないです。
Pros:

数年前の経験ですが、2泊した千葉の温泉旅館で量は多いけど美味しくない料理がでてきて、食事の時間が苦痛になったことがありました。
そのため、千葉の旅館は控えていたのですが、銚子に行ったことがないのと、ネットの写真で期待が高まり、今回は家族で離れ部屋の「星望」を予約。

○部屋：広くてトイレや室内風呂も利用しやすかったです。便座が座るとギシギシ鳴るのが気になったのと、絨毯にネジが落ちていて子供がいたのでちょっと危険かなと。あとテレビの電波が悪いのか、途中で切れることが度々。
○料理：このサイトの書き込みを読んで不安でしたが、悪くはなかったです。逆に言うと大変満足とは言えない感じ。
○温泉：部屋の露天風呂に入りましたが、目の前の草が生い茂り、浴槽に座るとせっかくの海が見えない状態。安くはない旅館なので、頻繁に刈り込むなどの気配りが欲しいかと。本館にある大浴場やサウナ、岩盤浴はたどり着くまでが面倒なので行きませんでした。
○接遇：みなさんフレンドリーで丁寧でした。
○アクセス：東京からだとちょっと遠いかな。私は酒々井まで高速で行き、アウトレットで買い物してから一般道を２時間程走りました。家族は楽しんでいましたが、ドライバーの私は疲れて夜は即寝でした。
◎総論：すべてがあと一歩つめが足りない感じ。千葉という土地柄か洗練されている雰囲気が感じられませんでした（千葉県は好きです。念のため）
それと、偶然かもしれませんがバブリーに見える人たちが多いようで気になりました。それだけ特別感がある旅館ということだと思いますが。
帰りにウオッセ21＆銚子ポートタワーに寄りましたが、こちらも今いち。家族は「君ヶ浜しおさい公園」の浜辺で遊んだのが一番よかったようです。

広々した客室でリラックスできました
Pros:

一番ベーシックな客室に宿泊しましたが、部屋は広々としてゆっくりとリラックスできました。お部屋の露天風呂から見える日の出と景色はとても素敵でした。大浴場の温泉がかけ流しであればもっと良かったです。

全体的にはいい宿
Pros:

お部屋に露天風呂がある宿を探して予約をしました。スタッフの方皆さん親切でした。ただ、お部屋は安づくりなのかなぁ・・・と感じさせる畳や露天風呂のつくり。お値段の割には・・・といった感想です。お料理もそこまで感動もなく・・・
もっとこだわりをもったらいいのにと思いました。

Pros:

It was nice experience and relaxing hotel stay. It would be great if the front staff is stronger in their english for us to better communicate but the overall service was good.
