La habitación muy comida y el desayuno muy bueno.
El servicio de toallas fue muy mala, teniamos que hablar al front desk para que nos llevaran toallas a la habitacion. Cuando fuimos a la alberca, pedimos toallas y nunca llegaron.
the standards of the Hyatt need attention for the rooms upkeep and furniture cleanliness. The bathroom needs to be checked by staff plumber for water pleasure.
El desayuno es increible!!, con bufet caliente, fruta, tostadas, todo...y Elizabeth lo hace aun mejor, inmediatamente me busco un par de tostadas sin gluten y a mi hijo le preparó ella misma un batido de chocolate. Las camas muy cómodas. La habitación amplia con una gran TV donde puedes conectarte a Netflix. Importante, tienes el centro comercial cruzando la calle, donde están las mejores tiendas.
La ducha era nefasta. La recepción del hotel es hermosa, pero las habitaciones no lo son tanto, por lo menos la nuestra.

Ashaya greeted me upon my arrival with excitement and enthusiasm. She made me feel warm and welcoming. I stayed in the suite, the view and room was nice and spacious. I only stayed one night for a quick getaway but with the experience I received definitely left a lasting impression will stay at this location again.
Our stay at Hyatt Regency Galleria Houston exceeded every expectation. Upon arrival, Emmy at the front desk surprised my husband and I with an incredible complimentary room upgrade and bottle of wine + charcuterie board for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We didn’t want to leave the room! The views were immaculate. Every inch of the hotel room was pristinely clean. The bar and restaurant downstairs had delicious cocktails and atmosphere. The pool was gorgeous and relaxing. We walked to the galleria and enjoyed exploring uptown. As native Houstonians, we can’t give this hotel and the staff enough praise. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Hyatt!
Great hotel with fantastic staff in a great location, from the moment we stepped in the doors Gladys and Nicque looked after us like family, giving us great restaurant and bar advice each day. Roberto in the bar made the best spicy marg I have ever had. Will definitely be back.
