Nice service made up for the wait with free breakfast and comfortable bed nice pool and clean gym and turndown service was great

Great location, worst housekeeping ever.
Pros:

Great location, very good restaurant, both food and great service at the restaurant.

Cons:

Wrote in advance, called Hotel, called Booking with: trouble finding one of the reservations and requesting bedding without feathers. Completely ignored in all requests. Asked daily for NO feathers. Always ignored. Room dirty, half made room at almost 6 pm without doing the shower-restrooom. Really unhappy.

Beware of the Valet Service
Pros:

If you even pull into the valet they will charge you for valet which is $50, so beware. I pulled in just to check in and unload my luggage and they charged me $50 for valet even though I self parked in the garage for $27 which I explained to them and provided a receipt. They still charged me and refused to give me a full refund. That is unacceptable.

Terrible. Do not stay here, worst experience. Waited 2 hours for a room that was suppose to be ready by 3... never saw the manager nor spoke to them
