Beware of the Valet Service
Pros:

If you even pull into the valet they will charge you for valet which is $50, so beware. I pulled in just to check in and unload my luggage and they charged me $50 for valet even though I self parked in the garage for $27 which I explained to them and provided a receipt. They still charged me and refused to give me a full refund. That is unacceptable.

Terrible. Do not stay here, worst experience. Waited 2 hours for a room that was suppose to be ready by 3... never saw the manager nor spoke to them

A great place you don't want to skip in Houston Downtown
Pros:

This is a go to place when we traveled to Houston. They have very nice staff, EV charging station, and a great restaurant, bar, and breakfast place. On top of these, the staffs here are alway very nice and helpful. We will be back again.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
Pros:

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. At first, we weren’t sure about the bed size, but once we actually slept in it, it turned out to be more spacious and comfortable than we expected.

One thing I really appreciated was how comfortable and safe the room felt. The layout and overall environment made it feel like a place I could easily stay in by myself without feeling uneasy, which is important when traveling.

The location is also very convenient. It’s about 10–15 minutes from most places, and the Galleria Mall is right nearby, which makes getting around very easy. The noise level was great as well; it was quiet and relaxing.

The staff really stood out during my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and personable. Even when I called a few times with questions, they were always helpful and patient. By the end of the stay, they made the experience feel very warm and welcoming.

I only tried one food item from the hotel, and while it was slightly over-seasoned for my taste, it was still good and, honestly, better than what we had outside the hotel.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless, with crisp, snow-white bedding that felt fresh and luxurious.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional.

It was awful.
Pros:

Not much. The front desk staff was extremely rude, and the manager Aman was not helpful at all in resolving the situation or assisting with finding another hotel.

Cons:

First off, the hotel overbooked and left half my coworkers with no rooms. The hotel claimed that booking.com had cancelled their rooms on 2/24 at 2AM but booking.com was called at the time that we were attempting to check in and told the manager that they did not cancel the rooms. I have not been refunded by booking.com nor did I get 5 of 7 rooms that I reserved and paid for. I have received no credits, and the hotel staff was insistent that booking.com canceled but I watched someone else take my rooms. Arman had the keys for all of us in his hand and the other girl working the front desk took the other rooms from him and gave them to another guest. So, we had to scramble to find rooms for 2 of our coworkers and all the hotels in Houston were booked. I will never book with Hyatt or Booking.com ever again. The Hyatt staff was so very rude and hateful about the whole situation, and it had nothing to do with us. I am making complaints with Booking.com, the BBB, and I have even called the Mayor of Houston to complain about Hyatt and not to recommend them to people coming to visit. I am writing very nasty reviews. I can not believe that Hyatt would cancel our rooms at the last minute when we booked the rooms a month in advance. There was no notification from Booking.com nor Hyatt that the rooms were cancelled. Hyatt and Booking.com stole money from me.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

- Emplacement parfait pour visiter Houston et juste à côté de The Galleria
- Très beau quartier et très safe
- Personnel d’une gentillesse sans pareil et toujours à l'écoute
- Hôtel très beau et moderne
- Check in et out ultra rapide
- Hôtel globalement très propre
- Room service rapide et globalement pas mauvais
