+ Toiletries provided are well maintained & water pressure is good.

Pros:

the room located near the town centre
there is a water dispenser outside the corridor
shoe locker also provided to store it
there are plenty of parking in front of the shoplot

Cons:

the facility in room is abit out of function.
there is some dusty area in the room including the rooftop and window, there are lizard climbing in from the broken window fence.
