OK for a few nights, but cleaning needs to be improved.
Pros:

I initially (and unintentionally) booked a windowless room, but when I arrived the receptionist kindly upgraded me to a room with a window. Neighbourhood is convenient - walking distance in between KL Sentral and Chinatown. Not too noisy. Shower pressure and temperature is good. Toilet has a built in bidet. Air conditioner is quiet.

Cons:

The hotel overall is a bit drab and needs a desperate refurbishment. Room is smaller than it looks in the photos. Refrigerator is useless as it doesn't work. Most of all, the cleaning needs to be improved. There is still hair on the floor and on the rug, the idea of "art" is a cheap and ugly brown painting, and in my room someone had put a sticker on the wall and the cleaning staff have either not noticed or not bothered to take it off.

Not bad, it’s ok for one night.
Pros:

It’s clean, staff are welcoming.

Cons:

No facilities like swimming pool or gym. So if you are a person like to spend a day in the hotel won’t be the place for you. Location is not that convenient either for me at least.

The location of the hotel is great, near bus and train stations, and near a big mall, the sentral Nu mall. The hotel is surrounded by a bunch of restaurants. Also, the hotel room was clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. There was a fridge, water boiler, hot water, and air conditioning working well. In addition to that, the staff brought each time they clean, coffeemix, and bottle of water, I was with my wife, so they brought us 2, and 2 toothbrushes accompanied with small toothpaste. The experience was wonderful, worth to mention the kindness of the reception team and how helpful they were to answer our queries. I'd recommend it and I'd love to book with them again. Great stuff.
