Pros:

Camera molto bella, bagno pulito e ampio. Il letto gigante, con 4 cuscini e le lenzuola morbidissime, è stato un sogno dormirci. Ci tornerei anche subito! Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Unica pecca ma non l’ho riferito allo staff, il frigo non sembrava funzionare.

Everything is ok except the clealiness of toilet and carpet
Pros:

The location is around 15mins walking time to Kl sentral subway and is nearby the little indian street so they are different kinds of food and stalls around. The staffs are friendly too.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room and toilet need to be improved. The carpet have a lot of hair on top of it but the staffs did helped us to clean our room after we mentioned. There is mold between the tiles on the toilet wall, and the glass shower door slider needs to be lubricated. The small refrigerator was not working.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The fridge is absolutely useless and doesn’t cool anything. I found a bra on the ground between the bed and the window curtain.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is very run down, the floor boards were loose, paint chipped and mold in the corners of the room.

A lot of furniture is old and chipped, the hotel needs a serious refurbishment
