This such is such a lovely hotel, conveniently located in a quiet riverside location away from the crowds, but stil only a short stroll from the old town.
It has great riverside and old town views .
The rooms are bright and spotlessly clean. Great buffet breakfast, with a variety of Vietnamese and western options.
But the staff set this hotel apart. Sally and her team are delightful and nothihis touch trouble for them.
This is the second visit for me in the past 2 years, and thankfully, nothing has changed.
The hotel is in a perfect position for exploring the wonders of Hoi An, and what a delightful hotel it is! Beautiful and spacious room, a great breakfast on offer and a perfect swimming pool! Perfect in the sense that is huge a filled with cold water which was just what was needed during a Hoi An heatwave!
And, the staff were just as perfect! Thank you Sally, Jenny and the whole team
One of the great hotels of Hoi An, not to be overlooked. We spent 3 wonderful nights here ably supported by a supportive staff headed by wonderful Sally, Jenny and the rest of the incredible staff. A well located Hotel positioned on the river meandering its way through picturesque Hoi An.
Walking distance to the centre of all the activities of old Hoi An with an inexhaustible supply of great restaurants.

Perfect location! Balcony overlooking the river and a short stroll to the wonderful Old Town. Staff, room and pool all great
Pretty much everything. Wonderful location, lovely staff, and a real sense of welcoming and help. The room was as described, with a balcony overlooking the river. The hotel is a very short walk to both the Night Market and the old town. Has a different pool area, as whilst open to the sky it’s in the basement level. So whilst the pool is under the building, the small lounge area is just outside the buildings footprint making it open to the sky. I really liked it these, and greatly enjoyed the shaded outdoor feel. I really can’t overstate how nice all the staff were, and how good everything felt. Breakfast was good with plenty of Asian and western options, including eggs to order.

We (5 people) stayed at Lantana for 4 nights. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Hannah, Lilly and Sally who helped us many times. The location is a quick walk into the Old Town and close to the bars on the island opposite Old Town, but very quiet. Highly recommend!

- Professional and welcoming check in process, extremly friendly staff who familairse you with the area and personally show you to your room
- Walking distance to the Old Town (about 5 minutes)
- Clean and tidy room / lobby
- Decent breakfast with plenty of options
- Minor issue but directly behind the property was some construction that started early in the morning (07.30 hrs) but appreciate this is out of your control and done to avoid the hottest part of the day.
- Air con took a while to cool the room down
The Good:
- Checking in is easy as the staff is friendly and able to converse in English.
- Room is huge and clean
- Location is around 10mins walk to Old Town - great if you enjoy the peace and quiet moments at nite. Otherwise, a grab 2-wheel is around 15K VND
What can be improve:
- The breakfast selection is decent;
- Toiletries are very basic - body wash and shampoon are provided without cconditioner. Shaving kit comes without any shaving cream

So danm beautiful, great versatile breakfast and the veiws were next level
The only thing I didn't like is I had the only okay massage I have had in all of southeast Asia here, sorry it was just so mid.

Beste Lage und super Personal!
Awesome stay on the river near old town. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was adequate. Staff helpful snd attentive. As an older ciuple we sometimes found the walk into town a bit far in the heat, however, Grab was quick and easy. Fantastic stay and excellent value for money.
Location was good nearer to old quarter
The pricing at this hotel does not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a standard hotel setup despite the boutique branding. The breakfast menu is quite small. We specifically booked a riverfront cottage but were downgraded to a normal room. Additionally, the stay was very noisy due to nearby building works. I would not recommend this based on the current price point.
