The hotel is in a quiet side street location within a few minutes easy walk to the Old Town. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Friendly, professional staff with special thank you to Lilly.

It was okay
Pros:

Upon checking in, a staff member, without asking us if we wanted to hear about tours, sat us down with brochures and started talking about everything they could organise for us. We just had a 3.5 hour car ride and it was really off putting to have the upsell put on us. This was a terrible start to our stay.

The location is great. It’s a short walk to the buildings of old town and the night market, but far enough away that you don’t get the crowds.

The wifi was really weak and we had to use international roaming.

The hot water in the bathroom takes a good 3-4 minutes to heat up, and even then, it’s lukewarm at best.

Every afternoon and evening we heard furniture being moved in the room above us, which was noisy and disturbing.

The buffet breakfast was okay, but often the warm food was actually cold. The breakfast staff weren’t friendly.

The river view rooms have a lovely balcony to sit on and watch people go by.

There is only one lift, and you will often be waiting a long time.

When we wanted to check out, and were in a hurry, there wasn’t a staff member to be found.

チャンフー通りまで歩いて行ける立地の良さ。
一番賑やかなところから近い割にうるさくなく、快適でした。

Cons:

朝食の時、エッグステーションに人がいなくて、オーダーを諦めました。
お部屋は想像よりちょっと狭かったかも。

Lovely staff, accommodating service, and great location.
Pros:

This hotel thinks about your needs and wellbeing before you could even think about it when the time comes. Like they gave us extra towels the moment we arrived since they saw that we were a family of five and they knew they only had 3 towels in the room. I did book for 2A and 3 kids, although 2 kids were free because of their age. Hence maybe the 3 towels only. But to give us the extra towels meant more convenience and comfort for us. All of us had a welcome drink and cold towel the moment we arrived which was very nice especially after coming from a super early flight and long a very long trip to My Son Sanctuary before we checked in the hotel. They were very good with the kids too and the room service is prompt. There is always a person on the desk 24hrs. The location is walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Hoi An. The Boat and Lantern Release, the Old Town, Japanes Bridge, Day Market, Night Market, we did everything on foot with my kids under 5. I've got nothing but High praise to this hotel specially the staff. The restaurant is also well priced. We left some souveniers at the hotel when we left and they offered to post it to our Da Nang hotel. We were just so well looked after. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Family Accomodation
Pros:

Dad and I had the best time at Lantana Boutique Hoi An Hotel, with a great location walking distance from Old Town and along the river. Every single staff member was incredibly lovely and helpful, especially Sally and John :) We can’t wait to visit again next year with the rest of the family, thank you Lantana Boutique Team
