Pros:

The welcoming friendly efficient staff. The cleanliness. The comfort of the King size bed. The breakfast was excellent in quality and variety. Booking the transport from the airport to the hotel was efficient and they were in touch before we left Australia and immediately we arrived in Denpassar with instructions of where to meet our driver.

Great place
Pros:

Everyone is friendly, the breakfast was great, I did read some reviews of ppl saying they didnt feel accomodated. this was not my experience,I'd recommend staying here to anyone considering it.

Disappointment
Pros:

The swimming pool, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly,

Cons:

We had to change the room because of the noise and cigarette smell.
The key cards didn't work for both of the rooms and we had to wait too long to access the rooms.
One person of the staff stole my raincoat that I left in the first room.

Terrible loud banging noise like excavation or construction woke me up early at around 6am in the morning and didn't stop till at least 8am ish.

Saminyak Beach and Kuta Beach must take a taxi, can’t walk because 10km distance.

Receptionist are professionals, easy to communicate. Check Inn was very smooth. Rooms are very clean. This hotel hosting many events so it’s crowded with noisy,

We are group of 12 people, Breakfast was very good many varieties, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, staff are very friendly. We brought whiskey from Duty Free then drink at restaurant without extra charge for our own whiskey.

Pros:

We had a long day of travel so we're too tired to enjoy the facilities. Room service for dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

It was very busy on the day we visited - some sort of youth conference.
