We had a long day of travel so we're too tired to enjoy the facilities. Room service for dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very comfortable. Staff were lovely.
It was very busy on the day we visited - some sort of youth conference.
Room was clean and everything worked. On site restaurant was handy and pretty good throughout the day. Swimming pool was nice for cooling down. Hotel staff were very friendly.
We arrived 30 mins before the end of the breakfast slot, bought breakfast, only to find out there was hardly anything left on the buffet. Very poor. Then the staff started telling us that we only had 15 mins until they closed. Room service dirty plates were left outside rooms for over 24hrs. Our room was directly above one of the fans in the restaurant, it vibrated through the floor and the bed.

Quest San Denpasar by ASTON is an okay stay overall. The hotel is decent, clean, and works well for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, which made the experience smoother. The complimentary breakfast was good.
That said, for a similar price, you might also consider booking a private villa for a more premium and relaxing experience in Bali. Still, if you prefer a hotel setup, this is a reasonable option.
