They Go The Extra Mile
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Times Square Central, and I wanted to share the extra mile that the Hampton Inn team went for my family and me. I had booked 2 rooms, with my daughter arriving separately from the main group due to her redeye flight. However, she arrived about 4 hours before check-in with her eight-month-old baby. It was particularly cold so she couldn't really do anything outside, plus she was exhausted from the flight. She arrived, gave Romeo our confirmation number and he quickly put her in a temporary room to rest and wait for the rest of us without question or hassle. Seeing her circumstances, he did it immediately, waiving any fee or asking for credit card info etc.

It means a lot to me that they cared, saw the situation for what it was, and did their best to help. Additionally Daniel was a fantastic support in helping her and the rest of us when we arrived making sure we got settled in and were happy. The next 4 days spent with those two, Eddie, and the whole team were a pleasure to visit with and get to know.

Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn—good. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day in making sure our rooms were clean and prepped when we returned after a day of sightseeing.

Good people who cared about our experience - I highly recommend them!

Personnel très compliqué, aucun sourire, à du mal à régler les problèmes, sauf après 3 demandes pour une simple demande de télécommande
Je comprends pas du tout les notes et le prix
J’ai voyagé, mais jamais je n’ai eu un petit déjeuner dans des couverts en cartons
Rideau pas opaque
Pour avoir fais plusieurs hôtel à New York depuis des années
Merci de baisser vos prix, et votre standing
Je ne recommande de pas du tout
En tout cas pas à ce prix!

Love the staff and the hospitality team. The facilities were amazing.
Pros:

Excellent area to all the broadway shows.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but the people that were staying there were rude and obstreperous.

Cons:

Le petit dej manquait légèrement de variété, dans le sens où, si vous ne mangez pas de porc, il n'y a pas d'autre viande proposée. Il n'y a qu'un seul choix de viande par jour, donc c'est la surprise. Mais ça reste assez garni pour trouver son bonheur ailleurs

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is ideal as it is close to Times Square, Times Square subway station but in a relatively private street. The bed was large and comfortable. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hours were ideal. Good sound insulation with the AC unit providing perfect white noise.

Cons:

Not having a microwave and kettle in the room.
