Nice hotel for an overnight stay
Pros:

Nice, clean hotel. Common areas were clean. Pool was heated. Room sizes were nice for 2 queen - still felt like plenty of room to move around. Nice to have small fridge in room. All staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the room to regulate temperature wise. No pool towels available. Location is ok, just not much around the immediate area.

Acceptable for the price, but some improvements are warranted.
Pros:

Very clean room. Good water pressure in the shower. HVAC operating efficiently and quietly. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Cons:

Very hot in the common areas on the fifth floor. No air moving and clearly no operating air conditioning on that level. My recollection is that this was true in the common areas the last time I stayed as well, which I presumed at the time was an anomaly.
The elevators are also showing signs of poor maintenance - metal access panels loose and moving during elevator operation, stains on the flooring from spilled beverages, and a general sense that the elevators are not kept particularly clean.

Surprising and Perfect
Pros:

It was tightly tucked away next to Sams Club and wasn't crazy about this BUT Bill I think his name was at the front desk was just truly the best gracious funny and so accommdating. My father has trouble walking and he switched our room to one that was available right next to the elevator so he would not have to walk very far at all - and gave water for us to take to our room. The hotel itself is not large and the interior felt surprisingly boutique-ish and comfortable - was so clean and the room was up to date, clean and really just perfect.

Cancelled stay
Cons:

Notice sent that masks would be required in public spaces. I refuse to stay any where that draconian scare tactics are used again. Cancelled the booking on that basis

Pros:

The check in was fast and professional, I like the amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym and complementary breakfast. The beds were also comfortable and the walk in shower.

Cons:

I just wished the bathroom had a tub as well as the shower, it would’ve been perfect, I was looking forward to taking a bubble bath, lol.
