Cons:

The lack of toilet paper, the coffee was burnt, the food that was meant to be hot was not. My booking that I made was not followed so my deluxe room they couldn't give when I got there. My honeymoon was destroyed.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit besonderem Flair. Wir fühlten uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl und angenommen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ansprechend. Der Frühstücksraum war ideenreich dekoriert, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlen konnte und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungreich.

Voor het beste hotel in Purwokerto niet echt goed!
Pros:

Het zwembad en dat ze ons het geld hadden teruggegeven van de 2 nachten dat we eerder weg zijn gegaan!!!

Cons:

Wij hadden twee kamers geboekt en bij het hotel hadden we ze geüpgraded naar 2 executive poolsuites. Dit viel ongelofelijk tegen, ze waren niet goed schoongemaakt, er lag op 1 kamer zelf haren op de grond in de badkamer en bij de wc lag er zelfs schaamhaar. Het rook niet lekker op de gang en we zijn dan ook 2 dagen eerder uitgecheckt.
Het was niet wat we er van hadden verwacht.

Pros:

Wir kommen seit 3 Jahren regelmäßig nach Purwokerto und wenn das Hotel mal frei ist, buchen wir es sofort. Das ist das beste Hotel in Purwokerto. Zwei weitere Hotels in Purwokerto, die wir auch kennen, kommen an diesen Standard nicht heran. Das Hotel hat hinsichtlich Service, Personalaufmerksamkeit (keine Mobil Phone Spiele während der Arbeitszeit), Unterhaltung und Restaurantqualität, eine sehr großen Sprung nach vorne gemacht. Hier kann man den Team ein großen Dank aussprechen. Buchen sie ein Zimmer mit Pool Ausblick, ist einfach fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit einen riesigen Balkon, zu mindestens auf der Pool Seite. Das Hotel können wir nur empfehlen. Besuchen sie Freitags und Samstags den Aora Club, tolle Livemusik und sehr gute DJ`s - nur 50 m vom Hotel entfernt, auf dem gleichen Gelände. Weitere Empfehlung, buchen sie sich einen Tisch freitags zum Buffet am Abend, sehr preiswert, sehr gute Qualität und großer Auswahl und das beste sehr gute Live Musik bis 22 Uhr.

Cons:

Es gibt immer etwas zum Verbessern, wie die eine oder andere Reparatur steht wieder mal an. Das betrifft die Zimmer, wie auch das Hotel selbst.

Pros:

The best hotel in Purwokerto. Especially for families.
The premisses is kept very well and the staff are all wonderful people. The rooms are big. Only thing is that rooms and bathrooms are starting to get a bit old. Some paint and renovation is going to be needed soon.
