there was no customer service for over 2 hrs at the desk so we couldn't check in so did several other peoples and no one answered the phone, had to go elsewhere. very unhappy, poor service
This is the worst Hampton i have ever stayed with ! ! ! I have been staying with the Hilton brand for close to 15 years and this is by far the worst & nastiest hotel i have ever stayed with. 1st i checked into my room and got ready to take a shower and the shower would not drain and started pouring out hair and dirt from under the drain cover. I lifted it up and it was completely filled up with hair and dirt. Went to the front desk told the girl and she did not say I'm sorry or anything like she was just use to that. She gave me another room and i went and checked into that room and it was not even cleaned yet from the last person that stayed here. There was trash all in the room and towels all in the floor. I went back to the front desk and told her she sent me to a dirty room and she did not apologize or anything. She said she would check another room for me. She said this one if good. I went to check into the 3rd room and the bathroom door was hanging off and it smelled like mold and there was rust on everything metal in the room and just felt disgusted at this point. I was not going to be able to sleep in a place like this so i ended up leaving and checking in at the Holiday inn. They said all the room was full but there was only about 5 vehicles in the parking lot so that was a lie they was just all dirty. I looked at the reviews for this place after i tried to stay here and i am not the only one i see. It doesn't look like this place is ever going to get any better and i will sleep in my vehicle before staying here.

Hampton again exceeded expectations, the rooms were clean and breakfast was great as always! The hotel smelled clean. Also close to the necessities needed.

Was told when i checked in my card would be charged $200 instead of the $144 quoted when reserved room. I told the lady @ the desk then she told me $150 🤔
