Mosquitos in the room, noisy drunk guests at 3 in the morning, noisy staff early in the mornings.

The hotel was great. I arrived at 9 PM so really did not explore the area but there was a restaurant and bar across the street and street vendors close by. The room was very large with furnishings that looked new and coordinated. The bathroom had a dedicated shower. The night clerk was pleasant, efficient, walked me to my room block, and was helpful

Great access, comfortable beds and staff looked after me really well during the stay. Highly recommend!

At first glance I really expected this hotel to deserve a 4/5 rating from me - but unfortunately customer service almost ruined it all. Plus the powerless twinkling lighting in the room with some old model low wattage LEDs. All that gives a very uncomfortable feeling in the room, which is otherwise nice, clean and well maintained. WiFi was slow and unreliable, but hey, it this was the problem, I'd only wave and not even think about it. But I cannot stop thinking that 2 days they were giving me some numbers to call a tour agency about the advertised Red Lotus Lake tour, nobody answered (or the numbers weren't even valid), on the third morning an older lady called herself, booked me the tour for the last morning, they confirmed, she confirmed to me - and everything seemed nice. Until the evening, when I decided to check if everything is OK, the receptionist on duty called the agency and they told her my tour is cancelled unless I agree to pay for 2, because that's the minimum and they couldn't find a second person wanting to take that tour to the most popular and beautiful sight in the region. Which left me without that most important tour. Thank you, Delio. :-( I know tours are not your main responsibility, but since you offer them, and especially if you confirm that all is set... please make sure you can keep your promises.

Nice feel of the property and room. Look broken and changed room. Sink plug not working.
Wood gives a nice feel, large generous room. Not enough furnitures to put the bags or other items. Room quiet not a lot of noice. Bathroom and toiletries all provided. Restaurant’s are available in walking distance. Overall a great stay for value of money.

ข้อเสีบ - ความสว่างของไฟ และสีของไฟแย่มากทำให้ห้องดูไม่สว่าง และ ประตูห้องน้ำเป้นแบบกระจกบานเลื่อนเก่า ไปนิดๆ

飯店的地板壞掉，還有電視機有點故障訊號不是很好，但是房間的很乾淨，晚上也很安靜，只是距離市區有點遠，而且叫車也有點不方便，整體來說是便宜的小旅館。

ห้องสวย สงบ หาของกินง่าย แต่แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเลยคับ หรืออาจจะชำรุด

The bed was so soft! That’s not an easy thing to find in Asia. Also the room was clean.

ที่พักดี เพราะห้องพักดูใหม่ เงียบสงบ แต่ไม่มีลิฟต์ เผอิญได้พักอยู่ชั้นล่าง เลยไม่มีปัญหา แต่หากต้องไปพักชั้น 2 หรือ 3 อาจมีปัญหา เพราะผมอายุมาก(70 ปี)แล้ว มีอาหารเช้าแบบจานเดียวก็โอเค การเข้าพักก็สะดวกมีที่จอดรถ
