It was clean and comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful
The hosts were very accommodating! We booked a very last minute stay, late at night, as I needed to return to the tailors the following morning for a fitting, and didn’t want to taxi back to Danang. We arrived after midnight and were warmly welcomed. The room was very spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable. Although we didn’t get to see much, it was an excellent location, just a 15 minute walk to the old town and looking out over he river. I would definitely stay here again, when I return to Hoi An!

Amazing spot, very hospitable!
This was an amazing location only a short stroll to the ancient town. Vicky and her husband were amazing and nothing was to bigger ask. They were also quick to provide the best advice regarding tours, recommendations for tailors and where to get the best prices. The hotel was quaint and relaxed with a comfortable vibe. Not flashy or upmarket, but had a wonderful home-like feel as Vicky and her husband treated us like family. There is a wonderful coffee cart (small business as you walk down to the ancient town night market. Easy for transport to locate for longer journeys

Vicky is the most wonderful
host. She embodies the absolute best of Vietnam - kindness, compassion and sheer hospitality. The location is perfect for Hoi An - it is quiet and away from the noise of the town, but still a short and picturesque walk to the ancient town. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are impeccably modern and clean. The hotel has a stunning view of the river. We cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay, it was truly memorable and special. Thank you so much Vicky for everything.

Ms. V is truly one of a kind — we absolutely adore her warmth and the way she makes everyone feel at home. On top of that, the place itself is wonderfully quiet and cozy, perfect for unwinding or getting lost in a good book. It’s that rare spot where peaceful surroundings and genuine hospitality come together beautifully.

We loved the receptionist she was so friendly, accommodating and very very pleasant, helpfu,l arranged our trips, our transportation. She was avaliable almost instantly on WhatsApp if she was not there at the moment. There was always water. The pool was wonderful the room and bed were super comfy and the balcony a bonus. Air conditioner worked best in all the places I have previously stayed in Vietnam. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant bonus though not necessary. I would say, combination of everything during our stay was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here next time
Reminder to plug your fridge in upon arrival as generally they are unplugged..but I am already aware of this at most places and we like to buy yogurt and things that we prefer to be cold.

Vous économiserez d’ailleurs de l’argent en passant directement par elle pour certaines commodités.sa joie de vivre est un plus à l’hébergement.
Rien nous avons adoré l’expérience. Petit clin d’œil à la photo de la chambre où l’on voit une grande piscine, il s’agit de celle de l’hôtel voisin. Celle de l’hôtel est bien celle des autres photos, elle est plus petite, mais elle est tout aussi belle.

Great little place, close to town that you can easily walk there but far enough from the crowds so you don’t get noise. Front desk lady was really friendly and really helpful in getting us good deals. Comfortable beds.
