Very well priced, big and clean room with comfortable beds

La atención de la dueña del hotel fue increíble desde el minuto 1. Super atenta nos dio consejos sobre donde comer, donde hacer compras y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudarnos con todo. Además la habitación y la cama super cómodas y muy bien localizada para ir al centro caminando sin problema.
Sin duda 100% recomendado, ojalá haber podido estar más días!

Everything! First of all Vicki the owner was so so lovely, very welcoming and gave us recommendations for everything and her WhatsApp in case we needed anything! Bedroom was clean, bed was so comfy, hot shower and location was about 10 mins to old town so super convenient but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet in the evening! For the price it was excellent definitely reccomend!

The owner is very friendly and the hotel feels like home. I would encourage everyone to book with her as you would support a local family run business. It os good value for money and within walking distance of everything. They are the kindest people ever and will make you feel right at home😍

Viki and her husband are very nice hosts, she is very funny and friendly, gives a lot of advise regarding good places to eat and visit. Viki offers help with the trips, local activities and booking the taxi. She offers a laundry service as well, we gave her our clothes in the morning and they were cleaned, dry and nice folded by the evening. The property is very clean, comfortable bed, fresh towels every day, bathroom cleaned daily. You’ll get a bottle of water on the arrival which you can top up daily at the reception. The property is by the river, about 10 mins walk from the old town so you can enjoy a good sleep away from the town chaos. The door is open 24hrs so no issues if you want to come back late. We recommend this place, would stay there again.

Family owned so they take pride in their establishment and provide kind hospitality. If you need to contact the reception for checking in and no one is manning the desk, best to copy the number to WhatsApp and contact.

We had a lovely stay here and a huge part of it was down to Vicky the host! She was amazing, so helpful, looking after us and even giving us banh mis on our last day! She treats you like you are family. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The owner of the hotel, Vicky, was helpful from the moment we walked through her doors to the end of our stay and wonderfully hilarious too.

Our rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and well kept and as a Hoi An local, she is a treasure trove of recommendations and knowledge. She gave us extra peace of mind when picking a tailor to visit - telling us some of the history behind each and which were reasonably priced, good quality and family run.

At the end of our stay she organised a driver to take us to Da Nang airport (it was cheaper than grab) and gifted us some banh mi to have on the road too 🥹

She made our stay very homely and warm and we could not recommend her more.

The owner is such a friendly, kind, joyful lady. Many thanks to her for a wonderful welcome. The hotel is at the quiet end of An Hai island so you get a peaceful night's sleep - the vibrant nightlife of Hoi An is only a short walk away, but the loud bars cannot be heard from the hotel at all. The bed was very comfortable and my room, which was a free upgrade, had a lovely view over the river. Shower, aircon, fridge all worked great.

What did we like about the property? Vicky and her husband, lovely couple and great sense of humour. The best location to escape the business of Hoi An. At the quiet end of the river but so close to everything! A very local and friendly location. We felt so comfortable at B LAN Riverside Villa. Lovely pool, water provided every day and Vicky gave us a Bahn Mi each on our departure. After the devastating floods in October 2025, Vicki and her husband have shown so much resilience in recovering and providing a wonderful home stay in Hoi An.

Homely place, full of character. The owner is a diamond, nothing is too much trouble. Easy walk to the old town but well out of the way of the crowds. Excellent value for money

Perfect little hotel for Hanoi. VickyNhu the receptionist is exceptional. What hotel do you know gets up at 6am to go out and buy you breakfast for your early morning departure. She went abive and beyond and was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Vicky Nhu.
