Otel sahibi çok yardımsever, nazik bir insan. Bize gezi planlaması, özel şoförlü araç organizasyonu, nerede güzel yemek yiyebileceğimiz konusunda da çok yardımcı oldu. Sorduğumuz tüm sorulara detaylı cevaplar verdi, ilk günden yola çıktığımız son saniyeye kadar elinden gelen tüm desteği verdi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha Hoian a gidersek kesinlikle yine B'Lan Riverside Villa da kalacağız.
La amabilidad de la dueña, el tamaño de la ubicación a 15' andando de la zona vieja. La piscina es perfecta para darte un baño al final del día. Te gestiona cualquier cosa que necesites y con buenos precios.

La amabilidad de la señora que se encontraba en recepción. Nos hizo un bocata al irnos ya que teníamos un viaje en autobús bastante largo. También la localización del hotel estaba bastante bien, cerca del centro pero alejado del bullicio.

Out of all the countries Ive travelled and hotels and hostels Ive stayed in, no person has come close to the hospitality that Vicky provides.
As soon as we arrived, Vicky gave us great advice on local restaurants, Tailors, leather shops and much more. All her recommendations were amazing!
Vicky was always quick to respond to WhatsApp messages if you ever had any questions.
She also organised a cooking class tour for us which was the highlight of our whole trip and the price we got was much cheaper than any price you see online or provided by vendors in town and organised a transfer to the airport for us which was much cheaper than the Grab app.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is only a 10 minute walk into the old town but still far enough away to be away from the noise.
The room was perfect with hot showers and nice cool AC.
