Perfect Family Stay in Sursee
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Switzerland.

We stayed in the Family Room on the ground floor, and it was perfect for our family of five. The room was spacious for a Malaysian family, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our children especially loved the upstairs sleeping area, which gave them their own cozy space and made the stay feel extra special.

The amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs, and everything was well maintained. One feature we particularly enjoyed was the side door leading directly outside, where there was a comfortable bench and seating area. It was incredibly relaxing to sit there in the evening, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and watch local children playing at the nearby playground. It gave us a pleasant glimpse of everyday Swiss family life.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was fresh, varied, and more than enough to satisfy our appetite before a day of sightseeing. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere made each morning enjoyable.

Overall, this hotel provided comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly environment that exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the Sursee area.

Nice large room, good breakfast.
Located in the center of a beautifull Swiss town.

Cons:

Unfriendly staff at the reception.
We could not get on the wifi. Technical issues can happen, but she made quite clear she had no intention to help us out.

Pros:

La chambre donnait sur un jardin, un îlot vert au milieu de différents immeubles résidentiels, qui était plutôt calme (préservé de l'agitation).

Cons:

La chambre qui donne DIRECTEMENT dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Je n'ai jamais vu ça, et je pensais même que c'était interdit (nécessité d'avoir un couloir ou un sas entre la chambre et la salle pour des raisons de sécurité incendie ?). Nous avons donc été réveillés très tôt par des bruits de vaisselle et des gens qui parlaient (parfois très fort) en prenant leur petit-déjeuner, attablés à 1m50 de notre porte :-/.
Nous n'avons pas été informés avant notre arrivée qu'un marathon avait lieu ce jour-là et que la ville était donc fermée à la circulation. Nous n'avons pas pu rejoindre l'hôtel en voiture dès notre arrivée (le parking était bien accessible, il fallait contourner une barrière, mais le GPS nous avait fait prendre une autre route, sans doute pour essayer de contourner le problème.
Si nous avions su qu'un tel événement avait lieu dans la ville, nous aurions choisi un autre établissement, puisqu'il s'agissait pour nous d'une étape sur le chemin des vacances.
