Veel keuze uit verschillende koffies en ook ijsblokjes waren ter beschikking voor in je drankje

Ontbijt ok en ruime keuze
Kamer was netjes, ventilator boven bed ok, maar toch nog wel warm in de kamer, voor slapengaan raam open gezet
Prijs is we hoog gezien Zwitserland
The hotel staff was very good and the parking was arranged very well.
Aircon non-existent, there's only a ceiling fan which is not even close enough on a hot summer day. Swiss value for money in a small town such as Sursee is not great but there aren't many accommodations available.
Location is nice , small city and all shopping areas close
Breakfast not that good , it was very hot weather with no Ac in the rooms , the cost to high
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch nach Feierabend.
Getränke könnte man sich zu jederzeit kostenfrei holen, auch Eis für die Getränke.
Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer.
Ein Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern wäre noch sehr schön.

Keine Klimaanlage; Temperatur im Zimmer bis 28° !
Erdgeschosszimmer keine Storen; man kann das Fenster in der Nacht nicht offen halten!
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Möglichkeit, selber Waffeln zu backen.
Das Kissen im Bett entsprach nicht meinen Bedürfnissen. Es war viel zu weich.
Kaffee, Tee und Früchte stehen immer zur Verfügung.
Das Auto darf man gratis in der Tiefgarage parkieren.
Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.
Keine Klimaanlage bei 38 Grad -sehr heiß im Zimmer. Man musste bis nach Mitternacht warten, um alle Türen und Fenster zu öffnen, damit ein Schlafen möglich wurde.
