Szép szálloda, jó ètelek, szép tengerpart
Pros:

Finom ételek, tengerpart karnyújtásnyira, szép szálloda. Tengerpart tökéletes. Szoba jó volt, tiszta, nagy ággyal. Tökéletes pihenéshez.

Cons:

Személyzet elég fásult, de kedvesek.
A kérésemet- amit a foglaláskor írtam nekik és válaszoltak is- a születésnapomra sajnos nem teljesítettèk ott élőben.

Прекрасное расположение у моря, в центре городка, всего час от аэропорта. Чисто, комнаты достаточно просторные, персонал вежливый, еда вкусная.

Cons:

Слишком приставучие зазывалы на шопинг, массаж, хамам, которым позволено приставать к отдыхающим на территории отеля. Их почти невозможно избежать, т.к. они буквально охотятся на отдыхающих, преследуя и в ресторанах, на пляже, в коридорах... Встревают в разговор, никакого уважения к приватности. Очень неприятно!!
Не было бы никаких отрицательных комментариев, если бы не..... клопы!!! Покусали страшно в последнюю ночь!!! Ужас.... То есть антисанитария полная, раз клопы!! Люди, мойтесь хорошенько сами и проверяйте весь багаж на наличие клопов, а то рискуете дальше жить с импортными клопами!!
Ну вот как порекомендовать отель с клопами???? Нет, конечно... и в следующий раз вряд ли мы сюда приедем...

كأنك تدخل في نطاق عمل وليس سياحة وترفيه ...
(( عسكر على المداخل والمخارج يسجلون اسمك داخل والا خارج )) ... يمنع اخذ مشروبك للشاطئ فقط عندهم ..وقت الوجبات قصير وغير مناسب (( وجبة العشاء تنتهي قبل المغرب او مع المغرب ))
اختيارك على بوكينق لا يأتي مطابق مع الفندق ..مثلا اختيار الغرف او الاطلالة او الأسرة .. وكأن عامل الجنسية قبل كل شي ..

كذلك الطعام غير محمي من الحشرات ... وليس مناسب وغير متنوع ... من خلال زياراتي القديمة وعلى نفس الشاطئ وغيره في الفنادق المجاورة الخدمة أفضل وتفوقه بمراحل كبيرة

(( رائحة الغرف في الدور الثاني والثالث .. سيئة ورائحة المجاري تكاد تخنق المستأجر ))

بإختصار لا أحد يصدّق ما يشاهده على بوكينق

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach but practically in the center of Kemer. A good and large selection of dishes, excellently organized meals, a beautiful park between the beach and the hotel. Cleanliness at a high level. There are hotel sunbeds and canopies on the beach. Excellent entry into the water and the presence of a lifeguard on duty. The staff is very friendly and always at your service.

Perfect!
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was our first visit with our young child. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities met our expectations.

The food and service were outstanding. There was a great variety of dishes, and the selection was perfect for both us and our child.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive not only to the adults but also to the children. Our daughter received so much kindness and attention, and she even made a new friend. A special thank you to Esra for making our stay even more memorable, and thank you to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back again!

отдых прошел без нареканий, понравился и отель и его персонал.
Pros:

Отель очень, ну очень понравился, особенно понравилось расположение и выход к морю. Иные параметры, это: номер, чистота, питание, вечерняя программа, конечно же все понравилось.

таких явных замечаний так уж и нет.

One week in Kemer
Pros:

This was simply great experience.

The hotel: 5; Rooms are cosy, restaurant is also good, the food was 10/10;

The Spa: Especially thank you to Nelly, me and my parents got an offer for massage and spa procedures. We were satisfied.

The manager on reception front desk was very friendly and helpful - his name is Junate (Джунейт).

Я бы сюда больше не вернулся и не стал бы рекомендовать кому-то. Не свежая еда и потребительское отношение к клиентам

Отель на первой линии, хорошее расположение. Быстрая уборка столов и территории.

Cons:

Не понравилась коммуникация, которая полностью отсутствует. В букинге предоставлен номер телефона, но решить сложившиеся проблемы там не спешат, а отвечают одно складно отправляю в тех. поддержку букинг. При бронировании мою дополнительно был оплачен номер уровня комфорт. На букинге, на фото, номера разных уровней полностью разные, но по прибытию меня начали убеждать, что это полностью одинаковые номера с маленьким отличием в балконе. Доказывали с пеной у рта, что это именно так пока… не заплатил сверху. Тогда такой номер резко появился и нам его предоставили. До этого пытались поселить в очень изношенный, маленький и грязный номер с поврежденными мебелями. По поводу еды, очень разочарованы. Очень много не свежих продуктов. Это касается и сладостей и фруктов и многого другого. По шведскому столу сразу видно, очень хотели сэкономить. Вкус еды оставляет желать лучшего. На ресепшене явно дают понять, что если у тебя возникли проблемы и у тебя есть вопросы - делай с ними что хочешь, им это все-равно. Впечатления крайне негативные, не рекомендовал бы

Удачное местоположение. Первая линия от моря и есть где погулять вечером. Отличное питание!! Были 3дня, помимо мяса, курицы и рыбы каждый день, один день были суши, в другой день- красная рыба.. Для 4* питание на высоком уровне.
