Did the job , but that’s it

Old. Leaky shower that dripped constantly. Breakfast was poor compared to holiday inn or best western.

Pros:

La struttura è comoda se si è di passaggio a Williams Lake. Personale gentile.

Cons:

La camera veramente datata, moquette che si sollevava, spazio insufficiente per 4 persone (impossibile aprire le 4 valigie), phon non funzionante nel bagno, tenda rotta che non consentiva di avere il buio in camera. Spazio insufficiente per fare colazione negli spazi comuni. Cuscini con alcune macchie.

I can usually take anything for one night, But Thank God it was only one!!

Not much. The staff was pleasant.

Not sure where to start.

1. Facility was Super Old
2. The Breakfast was Awful. It couldn’t even classify as a continental. There was an open bowl of “fresh” ? Fruit with no serving tongs and fruit was not washed. The oranges looked like they were picked a few months ago. No cereal choices. Not sure about how fresh the milk was, didn’t dare smell it.
3. The bed was at least 20 yrs old, not joking.
4. The washcloth I started to use, mind you was white at one time, I’m sure, but wasn’t! It looked like someone wiped their shoes with it and then let it air dry and was not washed.
5. All the towels were old and dingy.
6. The old, outdated heating/ac unit rattled so much that every time the ac kicked on, it woke me up.
7. THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AND WE WERE ON 3rd FLOOR and we’re old!!
8. The front desk lady said they were full and had no rooms on first/second floor. Couldn’t tell it by parking lot. I truly question this. There were very few cars.
9. TV didn’t work
10. Outdated room - no data plugs at all. There actually were very few plug ins.

Great front staff
Pros:

When i first arrived I was given a room that was a joining to another. The room was nice and clean, however I could hear everything going one in the next room. I asked the young man at the front desk to move and he was happy to accommodate. I was upgraded to a much larger and comfortable room. I really appreciated that my concern was heard and something was done for me.

hotel needs some serious updating
Pros:

The location of this hotel was good. It was very dated with carpet lifting in the hallway. The room was well set up, but bedsdid not match, the frame on the bed was sticking out and definitely a shin hazard. The couch had holes in it. The furniture was really worn.

Pros:

One of the most comfortable beds I've spent in in years. The staff were lovely. While the breakfast was provided, which was handy since there are no restaurants within walking distance, most of it was standard, and the egg products were premade and not very palatable.

Cons:

The egg products served at breakfast were not palatable.

Pros:

All good. I felt that was $181 was a little expensive for seniors and wyndham reward. This was without a pool or an elevator. My husband and I probably won't return, unfortunately because we have never paid this much.
