it was ok
i was double charged for valet parking and it was never resolved and even after speaking with someone it wasn't taking care of. so at this point your staff stole from me. im a disable veteran and since I was was having my home worked on i thought it would be a good idea to try all of the Hiltons for referrals when people ask. This hasn't been a great experience. your valet and hotel staff really really need to be on the same system or line of communication. This is even after being told that i would have to pay 500 security deposit because i stay less than 60 miles from the another location even though you have not had one issue with me out of any time i have stayed with you. it would be great for someone to call about these problems but I guess my money has been taken so im not important to be considered a valuable customer. I felt undervalued, marginalized and considered to just another dollar stolen.

I liked the layout of the room and the large desk on wheels.
The room wasn't warm enough for me. The thermostat only went up to 80, but it didn't feel over 70. Also, the bathroom door was a fancy sliding door without a lock.
I didnt like that there weren't double beds/2 queen beds the pull out couch isnt that safe with kids it swallowed them up

Staff at this front desk that morning when I was checking in, I pressed a button two times and he was very rude becauseof the action. He asked "what do I want?" at the door when I called in in advance letting him know my arrival and got greeted with an attitude while waited patiently and continuously added the attitude at the counter with no verb response only when asked a question. As far as it goes as soon as my family came in, he changed of attitude, then I realized he already called the cops on me. Because apparently I was "acting werid" when I only talked when he asked and only pressed the button twice at the door, he informed it was a mistake to the police because the he realized i was just checking in.
Always my go to spot when I’m in town !! I love that it’s like a studio apartment! Also you can get a portable stovetop if you ever want to cook in your suite instead of buying fast food or restaurant food ! It’s always quiet probably because i stay on the 5th floor per usual !
This was a perfect stay for the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting nearby family. This hotel is pet-friendly and the studio room was the ideal size for our doggo, my husband and I.
Two things to note: the original sheets were stained and our TV was burnt out so anything we watched included a blue/purple hue. The hotel staff however (who also worked during the Thanksgiving holiday) was helpful in quickly replacing the sheets and providing extra coffee supplies when we needed it. Overall, this was a great stay for our needs. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

We prebooked the room, when we went to check in the demanded an extra $500 and canceled our booking. She was extremely rude and snarky. I think she was just racist tbh.
