Localização, custo-benefício, história do prédio, pessoal da recepção e funcionários.

Cons:

No quarto 305 tive problemas com a ducha do chuveiro que não estava funcionando bem. No primeiro dia o banho foi horrível. Solicitei verificação e no segundo dia estava em melhor condição de uso. Outra coisa ruim neste quarto é a posição do seletor de luz do quarto que para acender e apagar somente no fim de um grande corredor perto da porta. Perto da cama não há uma opção para desligar e ligar a luz. Também o colchão, que é de casal, está necessitando ser trocado pois já não está firme e em um dos lados há inclusive uma mola que já rompeu o revestimento e se encontra exposto. Utilizei a outra metade do colchão para dormir mesmo assim tive problemas de dores nas costas devido ao colchão não estar mais firme e bem plano. Obrigado.

This hotel has a truly great price -service/value ratio.
Pros:

Given the price I paid, the breakfast was very good! I would gladly book the hotel again.

Cons:

I found it wasteful that the cleaning lady throw the soap away the next day and gave me a new one instead of letting me continue using the same soap.

Excelente localização e um ótimo hotel

Como só usei de um dia para o outro.
Gostei muito do quarto e da cama.
Quarto limpíssimo

Cons:

Só um porém que pode ser resolvido.
A porta do box estava empenada e quando tomei banho a água caiu fora do box.

Hotel charmoso, acolhedor e muito bem-localizado
Pros:

Hotel antigo e charmoso, muito bem localizado, pertinho do metrô Largo do Machado e da praia do Flamengo - um bairro seguro e repleto de comércio, restaurantes e vibe carioca. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito funcional. A TV, com todos os canais e Netflix, funciona! O café da manhã é bom e o simples fato de ser oferecido demonstra cuidado e atenção com os hóspedes. Daqui por diante, é onde pretendo me hospedar sempre que for ao Rio.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto razoável, necessidade de manutenção em várias coisas como: armário, banheiro, edredom não estava 100% limpo.
