Pros:

everything was wonderful

Cons:

i made my reservation including breakfast ( sohor ), but the restaurant in the hotel said it is not included!!
eventho the restaurant staff were very helpful and kind with me and my family, but i want to know what exactly happened. I am suure the breakfast was included when I made the reservation
