مكان رائع واقامتي كانت فايف ستار 👌🏻

القرب من الحرم والخدمات تحت الفندق من مطاعم ومقاهي وسوبر ماركت

Cons:

اللي لم يعجبني الأصنصير ثمانيه وعند الطلب لاينزل إلا واحد خاصه عند الرجوع من الحرم يكون زحمه والمفروض ينزل اكثر من واحد للخدمه

موظفي الاستقبال سيئين ولايستحقون الاحترام.
يعتقدون ان ضيوف بيت الله الحرام جايين ليحتلون منازلهم.
لا يراعون النزلاء ولايقدرون الجهد الذي قطعه النزيل للوصول لهذا المكان.

هل تصدق إني انتظرت من الساعه 6 المغرب حتى الساعة 10 مساءً حتى أدخل للغرفة التي حجزتها وسددت المبلغ قبل شهر من وصولي..

هذه رابع مرة اسكن فيه ولن اسكن فيه بعد هذه المرة جداً ازعاج .

القرب من الحرم والافطار.

Cons:

الغرفة ودورة المياة لم تكن نظيفة والموكيت قديم ومتسخ وباب دورة المياة عبارة عن باب سحاب كان تالف ( مكسور) دورة المياة فيها شعر وغطاء قطرة عيون من النزلاء السابقين وواضح عدم الاهتمام فيه
وبعد الفجر كان فيه ازعاج الحفار للجبال ولم نستطع النوم .

تعطل المصعد والتاخر لاتجد المساعد الكافي خدمات بطيئة وتأخر في الحضور وتأخر في إحضار الشنط والمصافط بعيدة وضيقة وبجانب مكب نفايات والريحة سيئة جدا والأسعار غاليا جدا جدا دون فطور وغير مطله على الحرم بمبلغ تجاوز 1500 دولار تقريبا وموقف السيارة بفلوس كذلك تجاوز 150 دولار في اليوم والخروج والدخول صعب جدا ولايوجد من يساعدك وكذلك الاستقبال سئ للأسف على مبلغ مدفوع مقدما تجاوز الفين دولار لليله واحدة فقط

قرب المكان وسهولة الوصول إلى الحرم. بوفيه الإفطار كان فوق الرائع
