Everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The service was outstanding. One of the best hotel experiences we have had in Makkah. Highly recommended!
