The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy & dirty. The bathroom door was a stall like door that didn't give you any privacy.

Great location, but not as clean as expected. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm. Cleanliness could be improved.

The Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. All of the staff is super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the room that we had the outside light flickered on and off all night.
