We made the best of it but went and bought sanitizer wipes and spray will not stay there again
Pros:

Walking distance to strip good

Cons:

Room not very clean , parking not good if on-site parking was full you had to park a block away , rust stain on wall in tub/shower with mold around it . And very large cockroach in bathroom , and workers always smelled like marijuana , hotel very outdated

Decent stay overall probably an 8
Pros:

Good location for what we wanted to do. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was alright.

Cons:

A little worn could use some updating. Beds were hard and need new pillows. Parking was tight but considering it was free right downtown.

We were so pleased when we walked into the hotel to check in. Then when we walked in our room it was nice and spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was as good as a breakfast buffet can be. Little something different every morning. Within 20 minutes of checking in we saw a bear out in the parking lot checking out cars! We saw different people at The breakfast buffet every morning and they were very nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel and we will definitely do it again! Was there anything we didn't like about the hotel in Gatlinburg?

We booked room / arrived for check in -but manager told us he can’t see booking that was made after 12, I showed him our reservation - it did not matter for him. Showed him his hotel is still available for booking via app -I tried to explain - it is 01 am - we are tired and want our rooms, he asked to cancel our Booking reservation and pay him directly. We left
