overall clean and decent place to stay
Pros:

Overall the room seemed to be clean but the dark carpet made me uneasy (I'm not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms from a cleanliness perspective). The location was convenient for walking the downtown strip of Gatlinburg.

Cons:

Get rid of the stinky carpet in the stairwell. There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels.

Would never book here again

Location was good.

Cons:

Booked here to have pool access no one told us the pool was closed and was not advertised online either. Mattered protector was ripped and the staff was not the best also air conditioning was not running properly room was warm whole time.
