Affordable, comfortable rooms, but needed some repairs.
Pros:

Close to the main strip. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very affordable.

Cons:

Elevator broke on the first day and was out the remainder of the stay (4days). The air conditioner was loud and didn’t work very well. The breakfast was not very good. The pool room needed repairs, rust/dark spots on walls, bottom of pool was dirty.

Excellent and would definitely return.
Pros:

Friendly, clean, location.

Cons:

Only thing would be that the elevator broke down the day before we left and still not working when we checked out.

We typically stay here once a year. The breakfast is good and location is excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast is good. The lady who checked us in and out was super nice..

Cons:

Housekeeping was loud during the day while working shouting in the hallway and not friendly

Pros:

Room was very clean overall. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was exceptional. You can walk to most everything and not have to move your car if you don't want to drive anywhere. That's a major plus because you have to pay for parking almost everywhere other than your hotel with most parking lots charging $20/day. We do a lot of traveling and always stay at a Country Inn if possible.

Cons:

Some of the room furnishings were damaged and the chair upholstery was dirty on the arms and the right arm had what appeared to be a burn whole. The room's smoke detector was missing.

great location, just need to do better on their pest control

Cons:

On our second night we found a bug on the bed. We took it down to the front desk and showed it to them and I told them i thought it was a bed bug but she said it wasn't. They moved us to another room and when we got to the second room we found another bug in the room. I called the front desk once again to let them know and to have them send someone up to see the bug themselves. The gentleman came and took the bug and just said that it came from outside when housekeeping cleans they out the bouncy door and it came in. They offered to move us once again but we just decided to stay in the room because it was already super late. I had tried kids and a disabled elderly person as well to try to move for the 3 time was going to be too much. I just fell if they know about the bugs and the area they are in they need to do a better job on the pest control to avoid issues as this.

10/10 would recommend to friends and family for our next visit.
Pros:

We loved the room and the breakfast every morning was amazing! We also loved that we could walk to everywhere in downtown with ease from our hotel.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room was dirty when we arrived, there was food still in the fridge from previous occupants. Trash on the bathroom floor, carpet didnt feel clean. The pool area was filthy with what appeared to be a dirty diaper just laying on the ground next to the pool. Not enough parking.
