Когда я представляла себе заселение, я мечтала, чтобы у меня была идеальная кровать, удобная, чистая, с белым свежим постельным бельем, чтобы я когда пришла - упала и растворилась в удовольствии. И так и произошло! Очень удобная кровать. Сам номер чистый и аккуратный, есть все необходимое. Светлый и просторный, и отличное зеркало и свет для фотографий, ахах. При заселении у меня был выбран номер на цокольном этаже, но в отеле оказался свободный номер этажом выше и мне его предложили, спасибо. Еще ооочень важно, что напор воды в душе был сильный, это редкость и это особенно ценно для девушек, когда они моют волосы. Кондиционер был и работал исправно, воздух дул чистый и хорошо охлаждал. Вид из окна прекрасен, на тихую улочку в аутентичном стиле, будто окно в Париж. Соседей я не слышала, и шум с улицы тоже. Тихий номер. Было все необходимое (полотенце, тапочки, фен, гель, мыло и шампунь). Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки, хорошие и насыщенные, нормальный выбор. И конечно же вид с террасы прекрасен. Сам персонал милый и приветливый, и помогли поднять чемоданы и опустить. У меня был ночной выезд, и они приготовили мне собойку из еды, чтобы я не была голодная. Это прекрасный отель, и за такую цену - это настоящий бриллиант. Если я приеду в Стамбул еще раз - я хочу останавливаться только в нем. Спасибо вам за место)

Muy buena ubicación y buena atención
Pros:

El alojamiento es perfecto porque esta al lado del centro histórico. El personal muy amable ademas ofrecen el servicio de taxi del aeropuertoañ al hotel a muy buen precio. La relación precio calidad es perfecta. Además no había ruido y la habitación es perfecta para 3. Tiene aire acondicionado nevera y baño todo equipado

Cons:

Todo bien por la relación calidad precio, pero por decir algo quizás el desayuno se podría mejorar

Nice hotel to stay near Aiya Sofia
Pros:

The receptionist is great and very assisting Upgraded our room to higher floor. They treat you with respect and very welcoming

Cons:

The second day we didn't have hot water after we came back around 21 The breakfast could me more suitable for European - I mean you should add scrambled eggs and porridge. We don't eat salads with a lot of sauces for a breakfast

Достаточно хорошо, локация отличная
Pros:

Отель находится в самом сердце Стамбула. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, как и остановка трамвая Т1. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак на террасе с видом на Босфор очень достойный.

Cons:

В номере было недостаточно чисто. Гель для душа за три дня пребывания положили один раз.

Good location
Pros:

Very good location. Many restaurants and markets right on the beach next to the hotel. Breakfast is served on the hotel terrace which offers a beautiful view of the marina. The hotel is located very close to the most important tourist attractions, public transport and the bazaar. Clean room with a beautiful partial view of the marina. Communication with the staff was good and we thank them for understanding the delayed situation at the airport which was not our fault.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved with soy or almond milk for people with lactose intolerance. There was no coffee at breakfast because the coffee machine was broken. Noise at night from the street or from other hotels across the street. The hotel does not have an elevator so it will be a bit difficult to climb the spiral stairs if you have large and heavy luggage.

Если поедем ещё в Стамбул,тоже здесь остановимся.
Pros:

Понравилось всё.Близость всех исторических объектов,персонал.Завтрак тоже нормально,голодными не остались,даже наоборот.

10/10 - Una estancia perfecta, nos hemos sentido como en casa

La estancia ha sido de diez. La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para conocer la ciudad, ya que se encuentra justo al lado de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofía.
Pero lo que sin duda marca la diferencia es la increíble calidad humana del equipo de recepción. Nos han ayudado en todo momento con una sonrisa y, como nuestro nivel de inglés es bajo, nos han hablado con muchísima calma y paciencia para que lo entendiéramos todo perfectamente. El trato ha sido excepcional.
Por lo demás, el desayuno de hoy ha sido completísimo, muy variado y riquísimo. La habitación es un poco calurosa, pero el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección, así que hemos estado de maravilla.

Nada, ha sido todo impecable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo
