Pros:

Very good location just a few minutes walking to the old centre. Relatively quiet. Nice atmosphere. Good breakfast. Excellent, friendly staff, especially Ha and Moon (spelling?).

Perfect home while enjoying Hoi An
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an absolutely great location to enjoy the Old Town, an easy five minute stroll from the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging a tour of My Son for us. They let us choose a payment approach that best suited us. Breakfast was Western style - we loved the banana pancakes and ate them every day. The room was comfortable and clean and the pool was refreshing after a long time outside.

Cons:

We would have preferred if the bathroom included conditioner as well as shampoo. We asked for extra towels to use the pool and it might have been better for us and for the staff if these had just been generally provided. If there had been Vietnamese style cooked breakfast options, we would have enjoyed trying them.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, bardzo blisko starego miasta. Obok market. Miła obsługa

Cons:

Gdyby nie łazienka to ocena byłaby wyższa. Pokój z wanną i spore problemy z odpływem. Po wciśnięciu korka w wannie, był problem z otwarciem. Woda po kąpieli została w wannie. Po zgłoszeniu na recepcji, korek w wannie został udrożniony, natomiast po zejściu wody , pozostał brud w wannie, którego już nikt nie posprzątał. Po zwróceniu uwagi, że uchwyt na prysznic może się urwać i trzeba go porządnie zamocować,, obsługa tylko wyciągnęł słuchawkę prysznicową i położyła ją na wannie. W ostatnim dniu , nie dostaliśmy ręczników
