Great location but needs closer attention to cleanliness

Great location. Right opposite the beach and walking path. Very central

Cons:

Windows in bedrooms and bathroom didn’t seal properly. Airconditioner grate hung out of the ceiling. Aircon errored out after an hour. Midweek clean had to be requested and was not a clean, just a sheet and towel change. Beds in smaller room had to be joined after we insisted, and we were told it would cost extra. We said we wouldn’t pay and that we’d booked based on ad for two big double beds.

Overall, a pleasant stay, with managment being easy to deal with, Central location, OK to stay again
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious apartment, easy secure onsite parking, directly opposite beach, close to shops, good beach walks, great coffee shops, and within easy walking distance of. two surflife saving clubs for. easy no fuss meals at night.

Floor of the Unit could have been a little cleaner, some minor repair issues ( that were promptly attended to by centre management)

A fantastic apartment with copious amounts of space and comfort. A short walk to the amazing Kirra Beach Hotel and beach. Absolutely fantastic. We will be back!

Would highly recommend this property for a stay
Pros:

The apartment had everything especially if you choose to eat in. The beds were really comfortable.

The apartment location was close to restaurants shops etc and the apartment overlooked the beautiful beach.

The manager,Peter was great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Location of information address could be clearer on entry to property when using a car.
