The people at the front desk were nice and welcoming.
The beds were tilted and the mattresses were worn. We did not sleep either night we were there. The cat next door was meowing all night. The bedding was ripped and worn, rather disgusting.
It was really nice.
The kitchen area was dusty. Of course I wiped it clean and rewashed the dishes. But the kitchen was awesome. Just enough dishes to accommodate and a nice fridge.
Staff was kind
Tub wouldn’t hold water and shower head barely dripped water. Family struggled to get cleaned off. We paid for a queen suite and the beds were doubles.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices and was nice and hot.
Can't think of anything
The breakfast was pretty good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The pool was broke which was disappointing since we looked for a hotel with a pool for our kids, the first night we stayed there was people in the lobby partying which is not the environment we wanted to be around with our kids, and we thought we lucked out getting top floor but could still hear the people next door as if they were in the same room. Their tv was down low and I could still hear what they were watching as well as everytime they went to the bathroom. Walls are too thin.
The location is what we needed. Several chain restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking. Andrea was helpful and professional
I knew when we booked it that it was located off I-40 however the noise level in the room from the interstate was unacceptable even when I used ear plugs. The kitchen set up was poorly designed in my opinion. It set up galley style but with a long table and bench seats right next to it making it impossible for a large group of people to access the various food stations. It took 5 minutes to bring out another pot of coffee when the pot was empty and there were no plates or bowls. To me that just shows a lack of attention to your job or not enough personnel. The pillows were awful, just kind of a lumpy mess but the beds were comfortable. I wouldn't even sleep with the blanket on the bed as it had seen better days, looked kind of gray and dingy. And what's with being charged a $25 fee up front for "incidentals"? Yes it will be deducted after you check out but that just seems unnecessary.
The Breakfast was terrible!
Hot food - cold - quality was terrible
Gym had no AC - was not working
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I paid for a two queen room with a pullout couch for my daughter. The pullout couch was absolutely awful. The springs on the mattress were so visible. You could pretty much see them in day light.
So my daughter just ended up sleeping with me. My daughter also found a pill on the floor next to my eight month old that was on her play Matte.
There were spells on the side of the desk, area and stink bugs underneath that.
When I brought the pill up to the manager, she said well I can bring you up a pack and play- which I’m not gonna keep my daughter in a pack and play all day because your housekeeping can’t vacuum. I had to return some of the blankets because they smelled so bad.
The hotel room was bought with points, and if it wasn’t such a hassle to cancel my reservation and leave, I would have.
I had to travel with 2 kids and then had to deal with that …
Clean and roomy
Nothing
Room was spacious & clean, property was clean, staff was nice.
Breakfast selection was poor. Pool was closed in the middle of April.
Location
Clean
The location was great and dog friendly. Room size it nice and roomy too.
Didn't like getting bit by bugs or fleas... can't say for sure which one but I had a few welts and itchy bumps before leaving.
The location was great. Pet friendly and has potential to be better.
Could have done without the bug/flea bites. Perhaps some flea & bug treatment on the carpets would help after someone stays who has pets.
Very spacious Queen suite.
The lady who greeted us was super nice and helpful
The place was filthy ! Black mold in the shower
Gross old
We stay in home 2 suites all over the United States. We could not believe how discussing the place was.
