Very nice stay
Pros:

This Hampton Inn is hidden behind a Lowe’s Home Improvement store, so it was pretty quiet. There are loads of restaurants nearby, with a few within walking distance. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast typical Hampton Inn date, though they did’t have the bold caffeinated coffee, just decaf. We had a studio room that was large, but spare. There was a desk with a chair and a sofa, but little else. It could use another chair and a bureau. They only clean the rooms every other day, so be aware that your trash builds up. Our room had a shower with a tub. The water pressure was good.
Overall a very pleasant stay. We’ll stay here again in the future

Unacceptable Customer Service!
Pros:

My husband and I attempted to check in on 9/27/25 at approximately 9:30pm. First, my credit card was declined which has never happened before as I travel for a living. Next, my husband’s credit card was declined which just confirmed that the issue was the hotel card readers. The hotel associate reset the card readers, and it didn’t resolve the issue. The hotel associate did try to get in contact with his manager, but was unsuccessful. No other assistance was provided, so we had to make a two-hour drive back home after 10:00pm. I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and give Hilton a significant amount of travel business. This experience was unacceptable! Confirmation # 80754382.
