The Social Hub Paris La Defense

A notre arrivée, nous avons du attendre un momenet avant de trouver quelqu'un pour faire l'enregistrement, qui a d'ailleurs été long. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé une facture et je n'ai eu qu'une facture partielle. J4attends la facture totale à ce jour .J'ai été étonnée des taxes a payer lors de la réservation et aussi sur place. JE pensais que celles payées lors de la résa étaient les taxes de séjour et bien non. Et la taxe de séjour est chere sur cette ville....

Pas de menage sur mes 3 jours de séjour, alarme a incendie qui c'est déclenché cette nuit a 4h00 du matin sans forcément qu'il y est un guide serre file
Pareille été un exercice un minimum de communication aurait été appréciable bref 1ere est dernière fois.
J'ai par ailleurs demander un downgrade pour avoir le ménage est ne pas changer de chambre, on m'a en contrepartie offert le petit déjeuner le samedi mais ma carte ne fonctionner pas bref déçu très déçu

Quite disappointed after staying at Amsterdam and Florence social hubs, as the standard is not the same at all. The amenities, breakfast and atmosphere were definitely not up to par as other social hubs. The distance to the metro was 20 minutes up stairs and uphill.

Staff was excellent. Student vibe place. Very clean

Good hotel, clean, very nice and good neighbourhood, with nice little plazas and gardens to wind down.
Breakfast could be a bit better.

駅から歩ける距離。市内観光にはホテル近くのバスが便利。neuily駅から凱旋門、シャンゼリゼ通りに抜けるバス73番がおすすめ。
部屋は広く綺麗、クーラーあり。朝食も新鮮なサラダ、フルーツもあり、満足な滞在。

The hotel is located close to Metro line 1, so getting around Paris as so easy. The area where the hotel is located you feel safe, and it is clean. The social hub staff was amazing! Most of them spoke English or was willing to work with me on my baby french. The rooms were clean, large and bright.

Stayed as seemed a good location to visit La Defense - it was a miss. Hotel was fine but getting into La Defense was really difficult

Every time I travel to Paris I stay at TSH.
A special place to stay with a casual setting. At the same time, everything is perfect: cool design, stylish rooms, cleanliness. The staff are all great! It doesn't get any better than this. 100 points from me. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Although it was not in the city Center you can get there with the metro and walk 10 min. I loved my stay in social hub because the room was so clean, the staff was extremely friendly and I could use the gym and the pool ! I would come here again and also recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Paris !

Séjour hyper agréable, calme, ambiance branchée, salle de sport top, salle et petit déjeuner avec terrasse très propre, très fourni avec un choix incroyable, un personnel aux petits soins et hyper souriants. Cadre extérieur calme et reposant, on entend les oiseaux chantés le matin, surprenant pour Paris. Quartier bien fourni en resto et bar sauf le dimanche soir. Petit bémol la piscine était encore fermée mais on reviendra avec plaisir!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, zona tranquila con un supermercado cerca y el metro a 10 minutos caminando.
