Not elegant but serves the purpose of sound lodging. Central location and friendly staff

I booked for 1 night. Arrived and they said they were over booking. Transferred me to a different hotel which it was a ghetto place. I just lost 1 night of fun in Vietnam coz they transferred me to a farther hotel.

my wife told me never book this hotel again because the Front Desk Manager was mean, rude, and not accommodating to her requests.

i have issue w the bathrooms not having hot water in the shower

The room was quiet, the lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor as was the roof with peeling paint and stains, the balcony door didnt have handles or open properly as if they were on backwards the yong girl at the counter was so engrossed in her phone it was hard to get her attention to receive the door card following the room. The tv didnt work the guy told me maintenance would be there in 5 minutes 40 minutes later I find that he forgot to tell maintenance who did come straight away and fixed it to perfection the tv and chanels were probably the best experience and although the room was quiet from outside noise my last night there was bad with others slaming doors and yelling half the night definitely not worth the money

Photos on the web do not match the actual hotel, it’s dirty and no breakfast offered even though it says included. They charged us twice as they said the card didn’t work. We stayed one night only because we arrived late found another hotel for the next night and lost money on the two night booking. For the same price we paid we got a lovely hotel with a rooftop pool and breakfast. Don’t recommend this hotel.,

On a réservé pour 3 nuit. Première journée la toilette était bloqué, le réparateur est venue et a trouvé une grosse croquerelle dans notre chambre, la 2e journée pleins de petits fourmis dans la toilet, la 3e journée le petit frigo a lâché, j’ai avisé 2 fois à la réception et personne n’est venue. Le déjeuner est pauvre, le lit a un trou au milieu , la toilet dans le lobby sentait très mauvaise

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and even offered a light breakfast. Would recommend staying here!

false and misleading Advertising

Hotel has no restaurant or bar as stated. Rooms are very basic and old but clean.
Limited access to cars to be picked up.

Nice centrally located

I booked this hotel because the price was too cheap to compared to the location, but after booked, I felt really worried about the previous comments.

But this hotel really surprised me in nice way. Receptionist service was quite good, they are 24/7 there. And the room was good enough too, the bed was very soft even though the weight of my Mom and I were very different.

The hotel located in a slightly deep alley, car can’t enter and that is the reason why no noise from cars when I am sleeping. But the room's soundproofing system is quite bad because you can hear all the noises from others neighbors room, and the toilet seems a bit damp.

The best front desk staff! willing to help me with phone app . Speak excellent english.

Don't know why Expedia rate this property above average (7.4), and yet Google rating is 1.8/5. It's too bad that this property could have been a great hotel.
Pros:
1. Great location. Couple minutes further away from other hotels near Ben Thanh market, brings so many positive things such as better foods for lower prices, especially coffee. More restaurants and bus routes.
2. Good AC and hot/cold water constantly available
3. Good price

Cons:
1. No receptionist(s). The "desk" has 2 numbers to call to get info regarding check-in/check-out. If you don't have SIM...then need to get it 1st! In other hotel week before, I was able to check in and the receptionist showed me where to get the SIM. When calling the number, you will be informed of your room, with key...already inserted at the door. Other people can just freely explores the room before me, I guess!???
2. No door signs for "Do Not Disturb"/"Clean My Room". We encountered the cleaning lady twice during our 8-days stay. She may have been there more times....
3. Black mold everywhere, in room as well as hallway. Also watermarks from water damages in several areas of the hotel. AC only in room, not hallway; therefore, with the heat in VN, molds happening fast. We have noticed mold area outside the elevator on our floor growing larger and larger everyday!

Like I said, this could have been a great hotel, but the cons have outweighed the pros for me. Will not stay again unless all the cons are dealt with.

Property was in poor condition. Mould all around the sink and walls. Flooring was uneven and peeling. No amenities. TV does not work. Hand to change rooms to a slightly better room. No reception, only a board with a phone to call, good luck if you don’t have a local sim or wifi. Wifi info was not provided either, had to call up for the password. Don’t expect any AHA branding, amenities or other services you’d usually expect. Mosquitoes everywhere, had to buy my own repellent. No tissues and a few pieces of toilet paper were provided. Stains all over the walls, tables, sheets, towels and ceiling. Overall gross and not worth the money
