Pros:

Very nice staff, they even accommodated us at 5 in the morning, as our bus from Kathmandu was late. Perfect location, good breakfast. I can only recommend this accommodation.

Pros:

Enjoyed the stay very well. The property is very near to the Lake. Easily get transport facilities from there.
Raja & Sachin were very nice.
Mrs & Mr Giri, both were very polite.
Will definitely come to Pokhra & stay here only. Recommends other also to stay here

My second visit
Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was like coming home. It has a sort of faded colonial feel about it. Raj and his family are so welcoming and accomodating. I'm sure I'll be back again

Clean and Safe Place to stay
Pros:

This is what I would call a trekkers hotel, there are no frills but it feels safe and it is clean. I say no frills but there was a TV if you wanted to watch it and Air conditioning too.
Its a family run establishment, nothing was too much trouble, they made us feel very welcome.
We were able to get laundry done which was a bonus.
We had both breakfast and dinner, local dishes while we're there and it was delicious and freshly made.
The beds were comfy.
The hotel has a Victoriana feel about it, lots of plants! I will be coming back!

Cons:

The fixtures were a bit tired but it was serviceable.
