Did not stay, when I arrived, was told they cancelled my reservation, I am a member, didn't matter.
Cons:

No reservation when I arrived, no more rooms, so I went next door to the Best Western and slept good, saved $100.00.
I was told there was no way to contact me...

The facilities were clean and our jacuzzi room was perfect. I loved the front desk woman, she was so friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The pool must've just been shocked or something because my eyes were burning, but that was the only issue.

If you're looking for a great breakfast, look no further!
Pros:

They have a very good hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, juices, various breads and a pancake maker. The coffee is really good, too.

Pros:

Room needs to be updated. Mattress had indents from previous occupants. Pillows were rock hard. No light switch for light by the door. Ice machines only on 1st and 3rd floor but we stayed on the 4th floor. Breakfast was okay. Bacon was over cooked. Apple juice was really watered down. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Other guests were fun to talk to. We were there for a concert and the location to the concert venue was great.

Room space was wonderful, pool had too many chemicals and not usable.
Pros:

Great space and location is good. Room was really nice. Great value for the space we had.
Front desk check in employee was nice.

Cons:

The pool had issue and clearly an abundance of some chemical have been used because everyone in there noticed severe throat burning from the intense smell. This is not just my family and several people were leaving due to this issue. The kids were very disappointed.
Also, in the morning, the breakfast really lacked items. We were there around 8:30 so there was still an hour and a half left - many items were out, there were no coffee cups, and the pancake machine was down.
