Pros:

Room needs to be updated. Mattress had indents from previous occupants. Pillows were rock hard. No light switch for light by the door. Ice machines only on 1st and 3rd floor but we stayed on the 4th floor. Breakfast was okay. Bacon was over cooked. Apple juice was really watered down. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Other guests were fun to talk to. We were there for a concert and the location to the concert venue was great.

Room space was wonderful, pool had too many chemicals and not usable.

Great space and location is good. Room was really nice. Great value for the space we had.
Front desk check in employee was nice.

Cons:

The pool had issue and clearly an abundance of some chemical have been used because everyone in there noticed severe throat burning from the intense smell. This is not just my family and several people were leaving due to this issue. The kids were very disappointed.
Also, in the morning, the breakfast really lacked items. We were there around 8:30 so there was still an hour and a half left - many items were out, there were no coffee cups, and the pancake machine was down.

Easy, efficient and clean!
Pros:

Front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I slept well. The amenities, like the pool and drink/ice machines were great.

Pool was open late for the kids to swim
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect close to freeway.

Cons:

Door had very loud noises when going in and out of room. I let front desk know at checkout and he said he would let maintenance know to check. Everything else was great.
